Hostel Ka'beh Cancun

Don’t stay here! Feels like a jail, no art on the walls or anything literally reminded me of a psych ward.

I felt very unsafe during my stay. The staff were very kind, but aside from that, the sheets and towels were extremely dirty. I only stayed for one night, but if it had been longer, I would have canceled my reservation and moved somewhere else. I do not recommend this place at all. Luckily I booked the privet room and not the dorms

The beds were extremely worn out. The mattress was so saggy that there was a deep dent in it, and when you lie in it you basically end up directly on the bed slats, very uncomfortable. I also left my suitcase and backpack there for storage. My vest was lying on top of the suitcase, when I got my things back there were hundreds of tiny bugs on my suitcase and a large, disgusting stain on my vest. I have no idea where it came from, maybe from the cat, maybe from the kitchen,…

Dreckige Betten, ungemütliche Zimmer, Dusche fließt nicht ab und die Buchung hat nicht mit dem Zimmer übereingestimmt. Wir haben uns hier leider nicht wohl gefühlt.

The staff is the highlight of this hostel—friendly, helpful, and supportive. The co-working space is also good. Unfortunately, the property itself is very poor and offers no value for money. The beds use cheap sponge mattresses and are extremely uncomfortable. The place feels old and has an untidy smell. Toilets are poorly managed; the flush and shower didn’t work properly, and I had only hot water. AC control is also an issue.

No hot water! Old, no kitchen, nasty pool. These reviews are fake. Looks way better in the pictures. It's super loud as well. The 1st night I was stuck in a room across from the main part of the hostel & didn't sleep all night. The following morning, 7:00 a.m., the music was blasting again at the cafe right outside my door. The bed was so uncomfortable and I could feel the steel coils on all my pressure points. Painful! Pillows are lumpy (stuffed). Staff WONDERFUL. Never saw anyone in the pool.

Probably my worst hostel in over a year of travel. The main light in the bedroom did not work, mattresses were so thin and worn that you were sleeping on metal slats, they were all also covered in clingfilm. Such a damp and mouldy smell in the bedrooms, with visible mould on the ceiling. The pillows were so thin it felt like nothing. No kitchen available or utensils for anything other than a coffee. Minimal bathrooms for all guests. Staff were nice and gave great recommendations though.

Das war die schlechteste Unterkunft in de Rich je war. Schimmel an den Decken der einfach überstrichen wurde. Steckdosen am Bett funktionierten nicht. Das Licht war kaputt. Die Matratzen waren so nachgebend das man auf dem Lattenrost lag. Keine Kochzugang und zu wenig Besteck für kalte Speisen. Grauenvoll

worst bed I've slept on in my entire 12 months of travelling. you're basically sleeping on metal bars that's how bad the mattress was.

El personal y la atención muy bien, pero las instalaciones viejas , los colchones, sábanas , mantas deficientes. Para las instalaciones que tienen el precio no es ajustado.

Had an excellent time at Ka'Beh. Bingo hut the sooranthe pool is great. Victor was particularly helpful making sure I had everything I needed.

El tour de Isla blanca con Gibran estuvo padrísimo, súper recomendable y accesible, la actividad del baño de coco fue increíble!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Ka'beh Hostel. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Ausflüge. Mit Gibran haben wir einen wundervollen Ausflug zur Isla Blanca gemacht, er hat alles top organisiert. Zudem hatte ich einen superlustigen Tag mit Xoch, sie hat uns zu Coco Beach begleitet und es hat viel Spaß gemacht da sie so eine tolle Energie hat, xoxo

Todo muy bien! Excelente ubicacion a minutos de la estacion de ADO. La habitación bien y los chicos siempre muy activos, recomendando excursiones, dando tips para los paseos, y generando gran atmósfera en los eventos por la noche. Javier y Xochitl unos genios! Realmente hicieron la estadia mucho mejor, y que de ganas de volver.

Even during the off-season, this hostel is incredibly social. Thanks to the many activities and offerings available every single day (!!), I never once got bored. The staff took wonderful care of me. A special thank you goes to Jus, Gibran, Chloe and Lucinda —and also to the chef! The food is absolutely delicious!! But I want to give a special thanks to Maykel. The parties and beach trips with him are memories I’ll never forget. Thanks for everything!

Very good atmosphere, the staff is friendly, everyone welcomes you with great hospitality. There is also an excellent park right next door, and the location is very convenient. Honestly, I slept very well and had a great overall experience. It’s the perfect place to both meet new friends, relax, enjoy yourself, and still have a good night’s sleep an excellent combination ! Enjoy it

Séjour incroyable dans cet hostel à Cancún ! L’ambiance est super conviviale, on rencontre facilement du monde et les soirées sont inoubliables entre jeux et rires. Un grand merci à Miryan qui accompagne les guests aux sorties et met une énergie exceptionnelle. Grâce à elle, chaque soirée devient une vraie expérience. Je recommande vivement ! ❤️

une vraie ambiance conviviale, le personnel est très sympa et gentil merci à Gibran et Miryan. le seul truc que je trouve pas bien c'est le taux de change appliqué. ils n'utilisent pas le taux de change officiel au moment de paiement donc il faut toujours compter 10% de plus de ce que vous avez sur la réservation. sinon à recommander à 100% meilleur endroit une bonne ambiance et des bons cocktails.

Bestes Hostel mit der besten Crew, jeder Tag war voll mit Aktivitäten und Unterhaltung. Gibran macht mit seinen Aktivitäten jeden Abend zu einer Party,ich hatte viel Spaß mit ihm. Besonders haben mir die Strandausflüge gefallen. Das einzige was es noch besser machen würde, wäre eine kleine Küche für die Gäste. So und so, ich werde definitiv wieder kommen.

Really loved my time here. Staff was amazing & informative & helpful. Took me to their personal favorite beach with them and made me feel welcomed. I bought a burrito from their kitchen and they let customize it, it was really good, I should've tried more food from there but the hostel is really close to an area full of food stalls, restaurants and activities that it was so convenient to explore all of the options. The big supermarket Chedraui is like a 7min walk too. Bed was comfy. Slept great

Staff was absolutely wonderful, shoutout to Jess. Also loved the location near Parque de las Palapas and the ADO terminal

Jus is one of the most friendless faces here at the host. She went out of her way to help us with tours and to extend our stay. Would 💯 recommend this hostel

I had a lovely stay at Hostel Ka'beh for 5 nights. the room was comfortable and the hostel is in the perfect location to get street food or the bus to the beach or in my case to get to the ferry terminal or to dive school. the staff were all super welcoming and the evening activities were really fun and a great way to meet fellow travellers! special thanks to Gibran, Jus, Mikhal, Chloe and Ernesto in particular x

The stay at Hostel Ka Beh was incredible! We had great staff which included Gibran who was an incredible bar tender and made the night!!! Would go back :)

Straff were friendly, especially Ernesto and Gibran. Felt safe around the place. Had some trouble with the air-condition in our bedroom. Overall, happy with my stay at this hostel.

Superbe hostel ! L’emplacement est top : à même pas deux minutes à pied du Parque Las Palapas où l’on retrouve stand de street food le soir mais également des stands fixes où manger local et pas cher. À distance de marche (10min) de la gare ADO, du mercado 23 et 28. L’emplacement est vraiment incroyable pour visiter le centre ville de Cancùn! Le personnel est gentil également. The hostel was great as a solo traveller, with lots of activities to meet other people and get out and about. The layout is also good, with the reception and bar in one building and then the guestrooms in another building 20 m down the street, meaning there was a busy, social space and then a quiet place to relax and sleep. Gibran and the staff were very welcoming and shared some great suggestions about my future travels.
