Personnel amical..hostel bien situer. On ne fait pas le nettoyage des chambres..sur demande..petit dej très ordinaire et la t.v.avec seulement 5-6 canaux des plus ennuyants

A basic, clean room. Fine for one night although beds are a little uncomfortable. Staff are kind and helpful. Unfortunately when we were there a group of drunk lads got back at 4am and made the loudest racket for about an hour, meaning we didn’t sleep well. Not the fault of the hotel although you can hear everything through the walls.

Nice enough room, air con, comfy bed. You can put food from the restaurant on a tab and pay it all on check out which is helpful!

I found several long hairs on my sheets and pillows. Whether they belonged to the cleaning staff or previous guest, it made me wonder how thorough the room cleaning was. Also this was the hardest mattress I've ever slept on! Overall the environment was fairly bland. Fine for a quick and cheap overnight stay but not somewhere I'd want to stay more than one night.

Großes Zimmer, gute Lage, hilfsberhilfsbereites Personal. Dafür allerdings, dass mit "vegan" geworben wird, müsste es eine echte Alternative für Eier beim Frühling geben.

Super nettes Personal. Haben sehr gut bei allem geholfen und super Touren für mich gebucht. Das Restaurant ist richtig gut. Vor Allem für Veganer. Einziges Manko. Die Matratze war viel zu hart

Nice place for a chilled stay. Our private room was spacious and clean, just a little run down (wallpaper peeling off). Very hard mattress with rubber cover underneath sheets so just something to be aware of.

Amazing! So kind and helpful. Great breakfast. Clean rooms and quiet :) would come back anytime when in Cat Ba

I had a lovely time here relaxing in Cat Ba after the ha Giang loop. I was greeted at the door by a lovely kitten! and very helpful staff. It was easy to have laundry done at the reception and they helped me with my onwards bus on the last morning. My private room was lovely and excellent value for money. It’s definitely a more chill hostel than the party places over the road.

brilliant stay! the rooms are so nice!! i enjoyed the buffet breakfast (lots of fruit!) but my bf whos vegan didn't have much to eat. they did tell us that the pancakes were vegan but all the reviews say they aren't. We booked the bioluminescent plankton tour with them and it was so amazing, highly recommend!! although they did try to charge me a higher price than they originally said, but i just asked if we could do the original price and there was no problem.

Excellent hotel in the heart of cat ba, the staff is very friendly and helpful , good breakfast, I also enjoyed their vegetarian restaurant

We couldn't rate this hotel higher, we had the most wonderful stay. We received such a warm welcome and were made to feel right at home straight away. The hosts were incredibly helpful and the tours they booked for us were great. We ended up eating at their restaurant two nights as the food was so good. The room was spacious, clean and the beds super comfy. The breakfast was yummy and they even had vegan pancakes! Thank you for such a lovely time!

Lovely hotel for a nice chilled time in Cat Ba. Vegan restaurant is a bonus. Very big beds as well!

The best free breakfast we’ve had since travelling SE Asia for 10 weeks. Insane. Lovely, helpful staff. Clean, spacious room. Good location.

Sehr schönes Hotel, durch das gemeinsame Frühstück kann man gut andere Gäste kennenlernen.

Great value for money hotel. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to check in very early after an uncomfortable night bus. We booked scooters through them which were cheap and booked a Halong bay tour through them which was also good value. Staff were also very friendly.

Fantastic place, definitely to recommend! Delicious breakfast buffet, super friendly and helpful employees and a clean room and good WiFi. That's all we needed.

Can’t say enough about how awesome the staff and owners are at this place. Super friendly and helpful! I ate at the restaurant there everyday also, everything was good. Two thumbs up!
