Hotel Sohum

+ Вежливый, дружелюбный персонал. Каждый день моют зону приема гостей, ресепшн и диннер холл. Завтраки - шведский стол, вкусные и разнообразные. Обслуживание в номерах и у бассейна. Бассейн чистый, есть полотенца для гостей. Уборку в номере предлагают каждый день.

- В номерах грязно, тараканы и в день отъезда увидели клопа. Шок. В ванной плесень на плитке, стены грязные, в углах пыль и паутина. Белье выстиранное, но оно серого застиранного цвета. Шторы оборваны, и никто их не вешает нормально. Пластиковые окна: пластик грязный, стекла в разводах. На деревянном декоре номера паутина и пыль. В углах паутина и мелкие паучки. Воздух в номере затхлый, как и в коридорах отеля. Телефон, по которому предполагалось звонить на ресепшен и в ресторан, оборван и мы его нашли в ящике косметического столика. В санузле сломана кнопка смыва в унитаз. Лежаки у бассейна, их 4шт. - два повреждены, невозможно на них лежать. Это опус о номере 201 в отеле.

- Hotel was erg gehorig en werd 's avonds en snachts gebruikt voor prostitutie waar we elke nacht 8 uur lang van mee konden genieten 😒😡

- The condition of the room and bathroom was not good. Cupboard doors missing and no water pressure in the shower

- Alles war recht dreckig. Obwohl ständig Mitarbeiter am „putzen“ waren. Frühstück sehr karge Auswahl, bis etwas aufgefüllt wurde vergingen Stunden. Wasser wurde nur nach mehrfacher Aufforderung aufgefüllt. Am unangenehmsten war der Betreiber der Unterkunft, welcher in bester Basar-Manier andauernd versucht hat, einem etwas zu verkaufen/aufzuschwätzen.

- I booked this place in particular for the swimming pool and it was not possible to use due to maintenance, it’s nobody’s fault but just make sure to check first before you book.

+ Het personeel was dag en nacht heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De receptie zorgde voor alle vervoer en stelde een citytrip voor op uw maat geschreven. Ook bewaarde ze je bagage tijdens een trip naar een ander locatie. In het restaurant kun je zeer lekker eten. En tot slot is er een prachtig zwembad(je) op het dak met zicht op de Himalaya.

+ Right around the corner from a busy street in Kathmandu, it provided a lovely little break away from the hustle and bustle. I could see the Himalayas frome window in my room (but I had to shift a bit and look right, because the direct view is just to a building next door) Beautiful view of the city from the rooftop, complete with (quite small) pool

- The pool is not as large or as beautiful as the photos can lead you to believe. It’s a little tatty, and the limescale on the glass walls mean they’ve seen better days. I changed my stay two to one night, and had a confusing conversation with the man on the desk who insisted I pay the commission for the booking in cash, even though it did not match the amount quoted on Booking.com

+ Breakfast was traditional nepali food with option for western fare. Always tasty. The staff was nicely attentive to my needs and always asked me first thing in the morning if I needed anything. The manager checked in daily. He was very kind and allowed me to stay a few hours past checkout which allowed me more time in Kathmandu before my flight. Good security, someone at the desk 24/7. Never got the chance to try the pool, since my schedule was packed. Great central location.

- The only thing I missed was a good cup of coffee. They had a powder instant coffee.

+ Meget venlig og imødekommende personale.Vi ønskede en guidet tur til Nagarkot, som hotel værten var behjælpelig med at arrangere til topkarakter. Dejlig morgenmad med buffet, som var meget varieret. Værelserne er rene og pæne. Behageligt at der er lift op til værelset. Hotellet har en komfortabel placering tæt på alt og alligevel et roligt sted. Hotellet kan varmt anbefales. Vi har været ovenud tilfredse de 6 dage vi boede på hotellet

- Не классно, что он холодный и грязноватый, завтрак невкусный. Номера довольно старые, мебель старая, в туалете не было бумаги…

- Breakfast is good…other meals have better options in the neighborhood…dogs are loud at night, but that’s true around most of Kathmandu

+ Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute, l'hôtel est bien situé dans une rue plutôt calme par rapport au reste du centre-ville.

- Le nettoyage de la piscine est fait un peu tard dans la matinée. L'eau prend beaucoup de temps à chauffer dans la salle de bain.

+ I stayed at BKH before, in between, and after tracking trips. The location was ideal for Kathmandu based starting point. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the management is attentive, breakfast is included, and the rooms are spacious.

- I should have taken better advantage of the rooftop pool, only used once, relaxing, and reviving
