+ Everything was dirty and old! As a solo traveler, I felt insecure for the first time.
- This place is dirty, old, unsafe, and for the price, it’s not worth it! The location is also very far from downtown.
+ Very basic premises in need of renovation. Nothing nice about the place!

- Location was not good. It was dirty. No hot water. Noisy. Staff rude. No amenities that are supposed to be.
- No TV , backyard dirty , The host was very rude, we spent a day without electricity, the food I have in the refrigerator some damage I had to put in the garbage ,he gave me a torn beach towel, one afternoon I went out to the patio to smoke a cigarette and the chairs and table were all dirty, I request some money back !
+ I waited outside for 5 hours before someone came to help me, they forgot to send me the information........ it was hot and no one was answering my phone. I connected with booking it was not helpful too, and finally one of the stuff came to city center to pick me up and also request me to pay additional transfer fee, WT..... there was no water provided and it was far from everything !!!

+ Niente. Pessima la posizione. Nemmeno i taxi sapevano dove fosse
- Ho dovuto cambiare struttura perché la nostra stanza era umida e puzzava di muffa. Una stanza degli attrezzi adibita a camera da letto.
+ The room was big enough, was good to have a kitchen and a living room.
- The A/C didn’t worked, we called and texted the owner/employee but nothing happened. Bugs were in the rooms/ in bathroom. I’m really happy I had to stay there just one night.

- Ragazzi. Non andate in questo posto. Il gestore non risponde al telefono e mi ha inviato i codici di accesso solo grazie al fatto che mi sia recata in un bar e una local ha parlato direttamente con lui. La casa molto sporca. La zona molto pericolosa, infatti ben due local mi hanno consigliato di non uscire di casa dopo le sei. Ambiente non accogliente. Il gestore non risponde al telefono, in nessun modo. Mi raccomando di evitare assolutamente questo posto
- Worst hostel ive stayed. And i have travelled for 10years. Not because of what the hostel is, actually it was okay to be without stuff. Until you meet the guy that is there, O’neil. He is the guy that keeps the place in order lets say. He is so rude, you feel like he is angry the hole time, he is talking to his phone at all times inside so you never feel comfortable. I stayed 4 days, the last days i didnt even wanna be inside. He is like your mum and will tell you everything what you have to do and what not to. So its a self checkin hostel but actually i felt i had someone behind the whole time. Last day of checkout he asks you if you checked out, in a way it feels like he wants you to leave. Its too much. The place was ok, just felt bad for the owners. I hope they change him or they tell him something. He needs to be more relaxed and speak well to guests, be more kind. It was a horrible experience.

A wonderful place that is 15 mins to the essentials. Supermarket cashed Super Value, vegan store 9 minutes away which do great good to order. House manager is O’ Neil and he’s amazing. The place is clean and totally safe vibe. Surrounded by beautiful songs of the local birds who wake you around 6:45 and again around 10:45. Humming birds visit the flowers in the garden where you can chill all day. A quiet spot to meet great company. Green Parrot bar for good food & music.
Seems like the lowest you can rate a place is 2 but this place really deserves a 1. I have stayed in many hostels, and this one is the worst. All because of the man who is in charge. I’m unsure of his name but he is so unwelcoming, rude, and unprofessional. I couldn’t even enjoy the common spaces due to being so uncomfortable because of his demeanor. He also barged into a girls dorm at night without knocking (some of us were NOT DRESSED and hid under our blankets) 0/10 Stay Away

- L’accoglienza é stata pessima, c’è un uomo che lavora per la struttura che ci ha trattato malissimo per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno, la valutazione totale potrebbe aumentare con un suo licenziamento.
The rooms are nice and the spaces are nice and clean, the bathroom is comfortable and easy to reach.The reception was terrible, and with a man who works for the facility who treated us very badly during our entire stay, the total evaluation could increase with his dismissal.

- When Sleeping in a room with multiple people there’s always the chance someone will snore. They should provide complimentary foam ear plugs. I got stuck sleeping next to a grand snorer. And so, I didn’t sleep much

+ I've stayed in many hostels across the world and it was certainly one of the best. The rooms were pretty spacious, the place was very clean. They have a common area for people to hang out and a pretty well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook your own meals.
- It’s really hard to find anything I didn’t like. I think the main issue was the distance to shops and attractions. It wasn’t too bad though, about a 20 minute walk to downtown and about the same to the local area with restaurants and bars.

Il posto è senza dubbio carino, ma il problema principale é la presenza di una persona che lavora per la struttura senza che non si sappia bene cosa faccia e che per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno ha continuato a trattarci senza il minimo rispetto fin dal primo momento. Con un suo licenziamento la media dei voti si alzerebbe senza dubbio.
The position is undoubtedly nice, but the main problem is the presence of a person who works for the facility without knowing what to do and who throughout the duration of our stay has continued to treat us without the slightest respect from the first moment.

+ The people I met were nice, but absolutely no community vibe, it’s not an hostel.
- The self check-in process is a mess, and the person in charge is rude. We were kicked out at 12 p.m., even though our beds and belongings had been cleared since 9 a.m. You’re not allowed to leave your luggage or even wait outside before or after check-in/check-out. I’ve never experienced anything like this in the hundreds of hotels and hostels I’ve stayed in around the world. The beds are very uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t even call that a pillow. The AC is either freezing cold or completely off — there’s no in-between, which is ridiculous. There was a huge cockroach in one of the cabinets, and honestly, I could go on. They also try to upsell you on a “special deal” for an airport shuttle at $40 USD, but a regular taxi to Hillcrest costs the same price 🤣 Overall, I would not return to Nassau. I found people to be generally rude and unwelcoming.

+ Its affordable
- The staff has a service to bring me to the airport. We agreed that he will fetch me up at 8 but the next morning when I am about to leave I send him a message but got no reply. So i walk to downtown to get a taxi instead. Good decision as he replied at aroung 12 noon and I am already at Miami saying sorry he got hang over. Imagine if I wait for him, I will miss my flight.
