Ok for a short stay, but wouldn’t recommend for longer period. The AC is not working well in most of the rooms. Had one room, AC started dripping water down, the roof had a hole, humid / mold mark in the bathroom. Got a dirty towels on arrival, asked for a new one, it was even dirtier. Changed room to a family room which was a bit cleaner, but temperature not possible to change on AC, so it was hot and extremely humid in the room. Pretty far from centre. I booked 2 nights in a private room and after 1st night was told I'd have to move to a dorm as she'd made a mistake. ok, fine. she asked if I'd help with kid's English homework. also fine. I helped. stayed 1 more night (dorm) and got my bill at checkout. Host had insisted on getting my bus ticket to Hanoi but didn't say price til I got my bill. 700k bus (!?) plus a few coffees and beers and 1xnoodles v v expensive, no reductions due to her mistake, or me helping with English in my free time.

Great staff! A little far from old town and the night market but very welcoming family.

Was given a room in a different property than the one I had initially booked, the room was horrible and unclean. It felt like I was being scammed. After I said I don't want to stay here as its not the the one I booked, they did give me the correct room. It was extremely noisy from kids screaming in the evening and early morning. To get to old town you have to get a grab. Overall, I wouldn't recommend there are lots of amazing Hostels and hotels in Hoi an esp with great location.

the host was able to get our room ready before the check-in time and she gave us a lot of recommendations. also you can use the bicycles for free! great!

A place which is part of the owners home. +good breakfast +owner recommended places in the city and saved on our google maps, friendly -mini ants in room and bed Every night - closed not inplugged fridge = mold? - owner wanted to know all our plans, if we needed car she insisted on her driver (helpful or earn money?). Once the car was 25 minutes late so we missed an important thing, no excuse no discount - no proper reception Times, just hover around - only one small breakfast table...

Lovely little hostel with super warm and friendly staff! However the location is a little out of way and there’s not really any kind of social atmosphere

Definition of “home away from home“!! Vicky is the sweetest and most helpful person ever and will do anything to make your stay in Hoi An as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was amazing and the room very spacious. Free bikes as well!! Would recommend so much!

Amazing Experience, as a solo backpacker this is the best most welcoming experience I’ve had in Vietnam to date. Perfect stay in Hoi An - 90% of the credit should go to Vicky the host, she provides recommendations, assists whenever needed and cooks a great breakfast. 10/10 would stay again.

great hostel. no curtains but no Bunkbeds and big rooms. clean at all. not a party hostel. chill vibe. semi social. there are Social areas but these areas are not that frequented. Withe the free bike you are in 15 minutes in the town where everything happens and in 15 minutes at the beach. The hostel it self is in a nice chill area.

I had a great time here, the accommodation itself is great but the real star is Vicky who honestly treated me like family. She always made sure I had everything I needed and was great to just chat with. Thank you !!!! Will be back

We have been travelling Vietnam for a couple of weeks and felt that this place was the best compared to the rest. We were welcomed with a lot of kindness and through out the days the owner was so helpful with all the best places to eat and visit. We ate breakfast almost everyday as it was so good and the price was so reasonable. She helped us book activities and rent scooters for our days spent in Hoi an. We had access to free bikes as well. Overall 11/10 would recommend 👍

Wir waren jetzt schon in vielen Hostels, aber das Hostel, war mit Abstand, das beste, was wir bisher hatten und haben werden. We loved this place! Had a massive room with en-suite. Nice swimming pool. And good location between beach and main town. Would need bikes (free here) or motor bikes (can rent here) to get to either though. Vikki is the best host you will find. You couldn’t leave the hotel without her giving you new fruits to try and she was so so generous with all her help. I cannot recommend this place enough. I hope we will be back one day!

The people working there are amazing, very sweet and always there to help you! Especially Vicky, she took us to a good tailor shop and gave us many advices to have the best time in Hoi An ! She is always smiling, giving us food to try or places to see and we even went to have dinner together ! She really made our stay in Hoi An memorable ! Also, the rooms are clean , the bicycles are free and everything is close to this Homestay! I would definitely recommend this Homestay to everyone!

Really lovely people, has a pool got a free room upgrade AC didn’t work they did everything to fix it asap brought a fan for the meantime, clean rooms free bike rental so you’re in the city or at the beach within 20 mins Very quiet not social but breakfast and food there is good!
