+ RATS!!! Don't stay there

- RATS!! and MOSQUITOS a lot in the room

+ 店员有点拽前面刚讲好的价格后面就变卦，要求加钱属于见钱眼开没有诚信，属于青旅里面开价高的，

+ wrong address

- the address was wrong and when I called for directions they said they didn't know how to explain it

+ 1. Quite near city center;

- 1. The guests are very rude, they keeps talking very loud and turn on all lights at night time when I am sleeping on lower bed, obviously they know I am sleep, because no curtains there; also the roommate snores like hell at night, another roommate asked him to sleep in the living room because he badly affects all of us, and the snoring guy did not move at all; and the guest did not close the bathroom door even the notice requesting this to avoid mosquito; 2. No tissue paper anywhere except toilet; 3. No heater for shower; 4. Staff not very helpful, I have two luggage and I have to request so he carry only one of them; 5. Many mosquito;

+ Nice location and nice staff

- I only blame the booking.com. why you upload this type of accommodation in your system. I also notice other places. I will not blame the hotel or accommodation providers. When we look view the property it is look nice as they upload nice pictures for marketing purposes. The booking. Com.has to visit in person and asses the properties. I dont blame or comment of the accommodation providers. We view the property in your web, and blame yourself and your web. I am not happy with only booking.com

+ Friendly stuff. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning.

- I had a bad night, i couldn't sleep at all. It's an apartment splits to rooms. The common area is just outside the bedrooms, people were sitting there untill about 2am, and there is no isolation, you can hear everything. 2 girls from my room were talking non stop and eating during the night, getting in and out the room and the door creaks with every movement. At 6am a man set outside the room with a call on speaker and everyone woke up. The place feels like it's not aiming to be quiet at anytime, and I'm not axpecting 100%, I've been to hostels. There's a radio 24/7 in the 1st floor outside some rooms. I arrived around midnight and left at 7am, this all happened just during the night, the time that should be relexed atmosphere, and the hostel to help guests to respect the space and the other guests.

- Smoking smell inside the property , mosquitoes in living space due to improper cleaning stayed here for 3 days to they never bother to change the bed spreads too only common bathroom has hot water and if beds r free and the traveller arrive early try to checkin them instead of waiting for 2 pm check in time

- Наша кімната була завсім не такою як на фото, обдерті стіни, підлога, забиті плівкою вікна місцями капець як брудно хоча сан вузол раковина було чисті , постіль наче чиста…. Але в подушці є чоловіче чорне волосся та плями на самій подушці, ми побоялися на них спати , сюрпризом було те що це хостел в якому не закриваються двері в кімнату Нас було 3 дівчат , поруч кімната з чоловіками, вважаю це абсолютно не правильним, так як документи гроші безпеки клієнта мають бути на першому місці в таких місцях Нажаль не могли шукати інше помешкання так як було вже дуже пізно …. Власник хороший - хостел убитий

+ employees and people

- the hostel didn't match my understanding of the qualities expressed in the comments, my room window was hidden by a bed, I could clearly hear the people on the terrace on the other side of the window, employee were nice, internet is bad, the bathroom downstair is shared with everyone including outsiders and is the only one with hot water and is toilet and shower in one, very dark and boring place, not easy to get around without tuktuk or scooter, in a very dark alley, kitchen is very limited, no free drinkable water, room was very small, just heard about being close to a beach ? a joke

+ Clean and big beds. Not at all congested. The host is a nice guy. Location is very close to Galle face, walking distance to the mall.

+ Ev sahibi çok ilgili birisi , hostel çok temiz ve mutfak olanağı olması da çok iyi, sıkıntısız wi-fi ve terasi var , odalar dahil hostelin her yerinin günlük olarak temizliğinin yapıldığını gördüm

- Keşke yataklarda perde olsaydı artı fiyat biraz yüksek geldi

+ the place is very cozy and thr uncle who runs it is a nice man. very nice guy.

- i eish i could communicate more. thr uncle doesnt understand english or hindi.
