+ Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sauber gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt, es roch gut in den Zimmern.
- Der Zustand des gesamten Gebäudes war nicht mehr so, wie es die Bilder suggerieren. Viele Schäden durch Feuchtigkeit, die Wände, Vorgänge und Dekokissen in den Zimmern schmutzig. Viele Ameisen im Zimmer. Die Dichtungen an den Glaswasserflaschen im Zimmer waren schimmelig. Bis auf eine Person, konnte niemand Englisch, die Verständigung war schwierig. Das Frühstück wird direkt an der Hauptstraße eingenommen, dabei gibt es eine schöne Terrasse zu den Reisfeldern, welche aber nur von den Eigentümern als Ablage genutzt wird. Die Liegen am Pool sind ebenfalls gammelig.
- Wifi rất yếu, ko truy cập được, nước trong toilet ko sạch, có màu vàng và nước rất yếu. bữa sáng rất đơn giản như bánh mỳ và trứng, mỳ tôm và trứng, những món mà ở nhà mình cũng có thể làm. mặc dù chủ ks cũng có thiện chí mua mỳ quảng ở bên ngoài nhưng cũng ko ngon.

- They got to improve on Hygiene. Not their fault but the hotel is far from the center and far from the beach.

- It was often hard to find someone to ask for information , most of the time there was no one at the reception. Also, nobody could speak English, you can only communicate using google translate.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hostel is located a little outside the city, about 15 minutes away by bike or scooter. The only downside was the ants in my bed. And the room had a slightly strong smell, I think because it wasn't aired out very often.
+ Цената беше добра. Но перницата беше рамна како палачинка и ми го зацврсти вратот. Исто така, притисокот на тушот беше многу слаб, буквално само капкање. Не би сакал да останам подолго, но како евтино привремено сместување по доцниот автобус, е прифатливо.

Das Personal war Unglaube nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Total der entspannt vibe und alles sehr unkompliziert. Man kann problemlos verlängern. Bad war in Ordnung, aber geht besser und hatten ab dem zweite Tag nur kaltes Wasser. Aber trotzdem sehr weiter zu empfehlen wenn man was ruhiges sucht.
The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating. Total relaxed vibe and everything very uncomplicated. You can extend without any problems. Bad war in Ordnung, but goes better and had from the second day only cold water. But still very much to recommend if you were looking for something more.
+ Alles gefiel. Am Besten war der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreiber des Hotels. Dazu fand ich die Lage perfekt, da ich kein Stadtmensch bin und die Altstadt schon sehr touristisch ueberlaufen ist. Das Hotel befindet sich am Fluss und hinten sind Reisfelder und nebenan ist das Mad Monkey Hostel, wo wir eiskaltes gezapftes Huda Bier genossen haben ;-). Taeglich liefen wir entweder links zum Strand (etwa 1-2km) oder rechts in die Stadt (auch mehrere km). Man kann auch Fahrraeder oder Roller benutzen, aber ich brauche meine 10000 Schritte pro Tag, damit waren die fusslaeufigen Distanzen perfekt.
- Der Pool koennte etwas laenger sein, aber mehr Platz gibt das Grundstueck nicht her. Meckern auf hohem Nieveau, haha.
Everything was fine. Am Besten was the very neat and helpful Operator des Hotels. For this I found the Location perfect, as I am not a Stadtmensch and the Altstadt is already very touristy. The Hotel is located by the river and behind are Reisfelder and next to it is the Mad Monkey Hostel, where we have enjoyed iced gezapftes Huda Bier ;-). Daily we run either links to the Beach (about 1-2km) or in the City (also several km). You can also use Fahrrauder or Roller, but I need my 10000 Steps per d...
+ Toller Host Minh, perfekte Lage in den Reisfeldern zwischen Old Town und Strand, tolle Umgebung, es gibt Fahrräder zum herumfahren, perfekter Ort, wenn einem die Altstadt zu viel ist.
Toller Host Minh, perfect Location in the Reisfelden between Old Town and Strand, great environment, there are Fahrräder to drive around, perfect place, if one is too much the Altstadt.

+ Minh was friendly and excellent host! Perfect location halfway from the beach and the ancient town. Room was spacious & very clean, own balcony with a pool and river view. Haemer Villa also offered free bikes!
+ This place is a little gem, comfortable beds, hot shower, lovely pool… but what makes this place is the staff they are so kind. Thank you very much for everything I had a great stay with you!

- If you are not planning to hire a bike it might take a long time to walk to the old town/beach but there is a free push bicycle rental at the hotel included ☺️

+ A slice of luxury for us whilst backpacking. We arrived late morning after a 15 hour overnight bus and Minh the owner did his best to get our room ready so we could shower etc. Minh and his family run this home stay and they are so welcoming and friendly; and helped us with any questions we had. The room was very clean and had a huge bed with 2 pillows each - something we have not had in the past 2 months. A hot shower and a balcony was an added bonus. We loved it so much we extended our trip - highly recommend this place if you are staying in Hoi an. Thank you Minh and Family!

We stayed here for 4 nights in a 3 person room. Best hostel we’ve stayed in , the rooms got cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The pool was nice and peaceful. There’s are bicycles that are free to use, activities to book and laundry service . The host Minh was so helpful and kind! 100% recommend
There isn't one bad thing I could say about this hostel!! The rooms were so so so clean, all had a balcony view, and they changed your towel for you daily. There is the cutest kitten that stays there too (She'll sleep in ur lap!!) The staff was so kind and accommodating to me, and I made great friends at the stay here. Free bikes to use all day, take them to the rice fields surrounding the hostel or into the city! Loved it so much would come back to Hoi A just to stay here.
Das Hostel war super! Die Lage des Hostels ist top, es liegt zwischen Stadt und Meer. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, so wie das ganze Hostel. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
The hostel was great! the location of the hostels is top, it is between the city and the sea. the room was very nice and clean, as was the whole hostel. the owner was very nice and helpful.

+ It was a very welcoming environment and Minh went above and beyond for our stay. It was my friend’s birthday and Minh helped me organise a beautiful cake and flowers. (Free of charge) I couldn’t believe it! He and the staff were the friendliest people I have ever met. I will never forget our stay and will definitely be back! Our room was also lovely, clean and spacious and right by the pool. The pool was really well maintained. I am so grateful for the staff at Haemer ♥️
