Lost Guest House Stirling

Nothing Very bad experience there. Bed bugs found in my rooms. I was slept in my bed. After midnight around 2:30 my arm and neck start itching. When i wake up and see the bed bugs on my blanket. I check my whole bed under the bed everywhere and found dead insect and one more bed bug at back of my bed. I never slept properly after this and awake till morning. In morning, I complain about it and show the video and they just said we apologise. Its a very big issue. Even the bathroom door locks were not working. Very very very bad experience
