You get what you paid for. Even tho there’s sadly some things to complain about. 1. the staff never filled up with toilet paper. We ran out of it 4 times during our 2 night stay. It was not so fun to hunt down the crew every time we needed to go to the bathroom 2. the AC is turned of before 0830AM. Everyone in the room woke up bc it was way to hot to sleep longer. A big minus. But besides that its nothing to complain over and the staff were helpful with booking bus etc.

The owners are really friendly and welcoming. The location is 10 minutes drive to old town. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. Bathrooms really clean. All in all good stay!

Esta un poco alejado dede lo turistico perpero es ideal para salir dede las calles llenas dede gente de Hoi An. La familia es muy amablamable y te ayuda a ir al aeropuerto etc. Hay comida rica cerca. En el hostal puede rentar bicicletas por dia. Muy bueno.

This hostel is run by a family and they were very kind and considered, they would always ask if we were enjoying our day and if everything was okay with us. This hostel is quite far from the old town but is quite near a supermarket and some good restaurants. You can easily rent a bike at the hostel and go to the city center.

This is best place i've stayed so far in Vietnam. Hostel is clean and quiet. Ha and family are very hospitable, helped me with planning activities within Hoi An, My Son, and with commute making it a memorable experience for me. Best wishes for them ❤️

The Bana Home & Spa family were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the facilities were fantastic value for money and included great coffee and breakfast for local prices, as well as offering a range of services to make your stay more comfortable and exciting, and onwards travel convenient. The hostel was very quiet, for half of my stay I was actually the only guest, but the family managing it is very sweet and helpful, booked a bus and a tour for me. The location is a but outside the city center, but it's easily reachable by Grab or bicycle (can rent for 30 dong). Same goes for the beach and local villages. The room was nice, breakfast was good, overall a very nice experience!

Owners are so so nice !! Location a little far from city center but it’s fine. You can rent a scooter or a bicycle at the hostel ! They are very helpful! Room is good, clean :)

Hostel tres familiale, le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours à l’écoute et attentif afin que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible. Très proche de l’hyper centre, 9min de la plage. Vous pouvez manger, louer velo et scooter, activité, lessive, spa…. Ect Très calme et reposant je recommande à 100%

Lovely people, great location, clean facilities, great price, just a unstable beds so each time the person in the lower bunk turned around, my bed also moved & skweaked. Overall would totally recommemd!

Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, if your not into party hostels or loud ones then this is the perfect place for you. i was still able to go out at night have my fun and come back and sleep well. Not only that but how welcoming the owners are. They’d check in with me everyday and it really made a difference. It’s a bit far from the town and the beach ( 30 min walk 6/9 min drive either way ) but grabs are very affordable. I wish i’d stayed longer! Tanya❤️

I spent only one night there, but Mr. Ha and his family were exceptional 🙏🏽 Besides, it’s a good location, in-between the city centre and the beach, by the beautiful landscapes of rice fields 🌾 I loved it there and wish I had spent my whole stay in Hoi An with them.

Bana homestay è davvero come sentirsi a casa! Un'impresa famigliare davvero ben pensata. Oltre a trovarsi vicino a spiaggia e non molto distante dal centro, è un posto davvero accogliente, Ha e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, impareggiabili sia la livello professionale che umano! Camere ampie e sempre pulite, stesso vale per i bagni; colazioni ottime e ad ottimo prezzo! L'atmosfera è tranquilla e si ha a disposizione un ampio spazio esterno! Davvero soddisfatto, tornerò in futuro!

Very good stay here very friendly family run hostel that are there to help whenever you need also very nicely priced for what you get everything was always clean and they rented bicycles for a dollar

ein richtig schönes Hostel, nicht weit weg vom Stadtzentrum und sehr schön ruhig. Die Zimmer waren angenehm und die Familie von Ha und er selbst haben uns sehr lieb bei unseren Plänen unterstützt ❤️
