Hostel Estrella 20

El muchacho de la recepción me trató muy bien y me recomendó donde ir a cenar. El problema fue que desperté a las 3 am con la cama plagada de chinches, me fui con mil picaduras y una reacción alérgica que me tienen tomando medicación hasta hoy. Cuando por la mañana fui a hablar con la persona de recepción me ignoró por completo porque estaba rezando. Una pesadilla. Increíble que cobren por dormir allí.

Tuvimos que pagar 5€ para que mantuvieran nuestras cosas antes de check-in, lo que era bastante caro. Además, la limpieza y la calidad de los servicios no justificaron el precio. El primer día en el baño habían pelos. La ubicación era perfecta (al lado de la Gran Vía), pero no nos sentíamos tan seguros: había gente "rara" en la habitación, y suya puerta una noche no estuvo totalmente cerrada.

Don't go to that hostel there is BED BUGS !! The staff is not welcoming at all, they look at you down and look annoyed when you ring the bell to enter the hostel, If you want to go to a non-social hostel with old creepy people and smelly loud rooms go there. 1 star is a lot for this shitty place and I mean it cuz the bed bugs are so difficult to get rid off and the vibes are just giving jail.

Bad smell in the room, animals in the bathroom, the staff doesn’t speak good english, you have to make your own bed, they don’t do it for you, the towels are paid separated, $4 each one. The kitchen sink was stuck with rotten food. The bed have a big hole in the middle, I wake up with back pain. Is ok for the location and the price, but I’ll never be there again, I’ll prefer to pay more for a better experience. Sorry.

The whole place smelled terrible and felt dark, dirty, and neglected. The “common area” was useless with a flickering light that made it uncomfortable to even sit there. The kitchen was a joke — just a microwave and flimsy plastic cutlery. My room was noisy, the top bunk was awkward to access, and even the bedside light flickered. Bedding felt cheap and questionably clean. The lockers use a basic 4-digit PIN that doesn’t feel secure at all. Avoid!!

The hostel was very small, the toilets were awful and unclean. The lady staff was friendly and sweet but the guy staff in the afternoon was a bit rude. The hostel was only one floor so the proportion to share the facilities are not good. The location was perfect for tourists and to explore around.

EL PEOR HOSTAL, la de recepción tiene cero servicio al cliente. Todo está sucio, baño da asco, sin papel, sin jabón, inodoros sucios. Jamás lo recomendaría

En la mayoría de los aspectos obtienes buen valor por tu dinero (la mitad del precio de otros hostales por la zona). Sin embargo ya no pude volver a dormir en mi cama una vez que me di cuenta del problema de Chinches. Entonces me tuve que ir antes de terminar mi estadía programada.

El hostel está bien para pocas noches. Las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones están muy bien. En cuanto a la cocina solo hay microondas y pava eléctrica, no hay sal, no hay servilletas y no hay cubiertos ni vasos, solo algunos y son descartables. El ambiente es 0 social. Los baños bien dentro de todo

Very good spot to be straight in the city centre

The Kitchen was better than some other Hostels. There where cups and some spoons and forks. Some Hostels are lacking this. There was a possibility for fresh air. What I appreciate!

If you are looking for cheap hostel this is definitely for you. The most mediocre experience. Staff is fine, the facility is smelly, but clean enough not to complain. Would not stay for more than 2 nights

Buena ubicación. No cuenta con cocina, hay solo microondas y cubiertos descartables. Los baños pegados a la cocina. Los cuartos bien dentro de todo pero las camas muy mal, sábanas con manchas y bichos caminando.

What an amazing place and amazing people. The guy in the reception was extremely sweet and helpful to me while having a smile on his face always. I highly reccomend it

local muito bem localizado. Apesar disso, hostel com um clima hostil, sujo e deprimente. O banheiro pessimo, so tem um chuveiro minimamente decente. Os quartos são okay, tem cortina e ar condiciona.

Muy buen hostel, hay un olor malo en los baños, pero están limpios. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, y limpias. No hay mucha vida social, pero eso no es un problema para mi.
