Ich bekam eine kurze email, dass nichts verfügbar sei und ich mir etwas anderes suchen soll. Als ich dort anrief meinten sie nur es sei nicht deren Problem und wurde sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Bloß die Finger von lassen

Booked this place for 3 nights but ended up leaving earlier... You should definitely skip this place. We had ants and cockroaches in our room. Sheets had so many holes... you cant even lock the windows, you get a piece of broomstick to "lock" the window. The kitchen had 2 knives that didn't even cut through a vegetable. Just skip it.

A good place for a short stay. The bed was comfy, had AC, and the shower was decent and hot. Couple of things to look out for - when we first arrived we were given a room with a fan, so do make sure you ask for AC if you’ve paid for it. We were also told that the card machine had a 7% charge so we paid in cash -the owner said this was standard but we didn’t pay it anywhere else.

One of the two rooms we booked did not have A/C as advertised, only a fan. Was also right next door to a metal fab shop, so the grinding and hammering started around 6:30-7 each morning.

The room was ok, nothing more. Sketchy place. They sold us ticket for a tour saying we were gonna do 4 spot, we only went to 3 of them.

Good place to stay if you’re looking for a cheap private room! I would recommend requesting a room with air con if possible as it gets very hot at night. A downside was that there were cockroaches in the walls but i guess that’s unavoidable. Also our room on the ground floor was quite small and was loud in the mornings due to being right next to the restaurant next door. Would still recommend!

Een echte aanrader! Franklin en Mauricio zijn twee hele fijne hosts. Ze kwamen beide mee met de full day tour en zorgden dat er niets ontbrak. We zagen verschillende dieren en leerden veel over de planten en bomen in de jungle. We zwommen bij de waterval en relaxten in de hot springs. De kamers zijn netjes en de plaats in het dorp is goed. Er is een supermarkt tegenover en bars/restaurants om de hoek.

Wonderful host, make sure you ask him about La Fortuna waterfall, you get a free ride to and from the waterfall for the same price as the normal admission. He also gave us a ride to and from a night tour. You can book tours directly from the office, at competitive prices. Just around the corner from the hostel are a number of great restaurants, and only 2 blocks from the central plaza. Room was nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend. No social space though.

Great hostel for an affordable price. The rooms had AC and bathrooms with hot water. The door was a bit tricky to open at first, but it's easy once you get the hang of it. A perfect option if you're looking for a clean and comfortable hostel in the La Fortuna city center!

Great place to stay, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great location close to city center in La Fortuna.

Excellent location. Very nice staff. The room I was in was very hot and sometimes hotter than outdoors. I was used to the heat having been in Central America for one month before arriving here, but even I struggled!

Chambre correcte et propre. L’emplacement est bon. Cuisine bien.

Cute family business in Arenal with a tour desk to facilitate all your adventures! We stayed three nights and it was very pleasant. Be careful when booking because the rooms have very different fixtures. I was confused because all the photos on the website show a fridge, AC, and coffeemaker, and our room had none of these. That being said, the prices are fair and they reflect the facilities (ie. pay 12 bucks more and you can have it all). Another thing to know is that the construction dist...

Positivo: muy cuidada la limpieza, las camas cómodas Negativo: -Las ventanas dan a una galería compartida por lo cual de noche hay que tenerlas cerradas por seguridad, así que hay que dormir encerrado, la trabas de las ventanas no funcionan, como remplazo pusieron un palo de escoba "roto y arreglado con cinta) que no asegura mucho, la atención muy floja, mala predisposición del dueño, el wifi! pésimo, la cocina muy precaria y hay ruido todo el día de la calle, que ciudad tan ruidosa!

De locatie is perfect, de kamer is van geod formaat en de bedden zijn prima. Het is schoon en de douche is prettig. Daarnaast is de keuken veel te klein voor het aantal gasten dat kan verblijven in het hostel. Wij troffen toevallig een gezin en vele andere stellen tijdens ons verblijf. Omdat het gezin als eerste kookte was er geen plaats meer om te zitten, te snijden of te koken. De eigenaren zijn nors en runnen een tourorganisatie waardoor contact veel op geldverdienen is gericht....

Die Lage ist super, direkt im Zentrum und in der nähe vom Busbahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und vom Preisleistungsverhältnis top.

Had a wonderful stay at Las Palmas. Room was big and very clean, with nice balcony and volcano view. Kitchen has everything you need. There is not much water coming out of the shower but it is okay. Great location, city centre, bus station and supermarket in short walking distance. Owner is very helpful and friendly. We felt really welcome and good there! Can only recommend especially for the price!
