U-Sense For You Hostel Sevilla

J'ai passé 2 nuits ici et le manque d'hygiène est absolument aberrant!! Pour commencer, l'attente a été très longue au moment du check-in à 14h30. Un homme était d'ailleurs très en colère à ce sujet. Heureusement, la réceptionniste a géré la situation avec calme et professionalisme, je la remercie pour cela. Quoiqu'il en soit, il faudrait trouver une solution pour réduire ce temps d'attente. Je dormais dans une chambre pour femmes de 8 lits. Après la première nuit, j'ai été attaquée par des punaises de lit. C'est la première fois que je vis ça, c'est très désagréable! J'ai demandé à changer de lit et je n'ai pas rencontré ce problème lors de ma seconde nuit - heureusement. Je ne suis pas étonnée qu'une situation pareille puisse se produire, puisqu'en arrivant j'ai constaté que la tablette pour poser mes affaires près du lit était sale (il y avait encore une barrette de l'occupante précédente!), ainsi que le tiroir sous le lit qui était rempli de poussière et de cheveux, il est très clair que le ménage n'avait pas été fait! De plus, il y avait 2 toilettes dans la chambre, il n'y avait plus de papier toilette dans l'une d'elles quelques heures après mon arrivée (ce qui peut bien sûr arriver). Je ne l'ai pas signalé puisque le ménage du jour n'avait pas encore été fait. J'ai naivement pensé que le rouleau de papier toilette serait changé à ce moment-là. Ça n'a pas été le cas, les poubelles n'ont également pas été vidée. L'une des portes des toilettes ne se fermait pas. Les rideaux des lits sont épais et cela rend l'air étouffant. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et le seul moyen d'avoir un peu d'air est d'ouvrir la fenêtre sur la rue bruyante. En revanche, les lits sont spacieux, offre de l'intimité, il y a une lampe et des prises à disposition. En partant, l'une des filles de la chambre a utilisé mon linge comme tapis de douche vu qu'il n'y en a pas! Si l'hostel n'est pas responsable du comportement irrespectueux des gens, il faut comprendre qu'à force de ne rien donner, de tout rendre payant, cela pousse les gens à ce genre de comportement stupide. Le prix est attractif, mais si c'est pour avoir accès à un espace avec une hygiène déplorable, ça ne vaut pas le coup! J'ai apprécié l'ensemble du personnel avec qui j'ai eu contact durant mon séjour et la décoration est sympa. J'étais dans une telle colère en partant que je n'ai pas pu faire ce retour lors de mon check-out, je pense que j'aurai crié sur la réceptionniste alors qu'elle n'y pouvait rien et ça n'aurait pas été constructif. Je vous souhaite U-Sense de prendre en compte ce commentaire afin d'éviter aux prochains clients de vivre la même expérience que moi. Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne peux pas recommander dans ces conditions.

Es el típico sitio que aparenta estar limpio pero si te fijas esta lleno de mierda, las camas son cómodas pero estaba sucio y salí de ahí con 8 PICADURAS DE CHINCHES por el pie y la pierna, si es cierto que sobre todo los edredones echaban para atrás, lo que me hace pensar que ni siquiera se limpiaron las sabanas y la funda antes de mi llegada. Puedes probar suerte a ver si te pican o no, plan divertido por Sevilla. También mencionar a cierta persona del personal bastante maleducada y altiva. El chico de recepción amable.

Los espacios comunes dentro de la habitación son muy pequeños. Viajamos un grupo de amigos y ocupamos todos la misma habitación y aún así era incómodo porque estábamos muy apretados para cambiarnos... Nos picaron CHINCHES.

unfortunately i got bed bugs here. after 2.5 months traveling i thought i was invincible lol. switched rooms halfway through my stay due to booking last minute. one 8 bed had 3 bathrooms while the next 8 bed had 1. the beds aren’t ready till 5ish. my guess is the cleaning crew is understaffed and as a result not very thorough.

Ich bin relativ spät angekommen. Die Damen am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Ich habe dann für 5€ ein Handtuch ausgeliehen, was ich verhältnismäßig viel finde. Das Zimmer wirkte sauber aber nach dem Abendessen habe ich eine Bettwanze auf der Bettdecke entdeckt. Beim genaueren schauen, habe ich schwarze Punkte unter der Matratze gefunden. Mir wurde ein anderes Bett zugewiesen. Auch hier schwarze Punkte die auf Bettwanzen ( bedbugs) hindeuten. Ich musste um 11 Uhr nachts noch Hostel wechseln. Das Geld für das unbenutzte Handtuch habe ich nicht wieder bekommen. Der Refund steht noch aus. All in all kann ich es nicht empfehlen

I liked staying in the hostel. Clean clean clean!

THIS HOSTEL HAS A BEDBUG! I got bitten by bedbugs and immediately told to the staff in the front desk. The managers and staffs came to my room and aggressively told me that they cant do anything since I have no evidence. I showed them my skin but they didnt even say sorry, kept answering they have no responsibility in a very rude way. And much WORSE, i heard the staff told to the other customer that IM LYING which is so mean and brutal. Also the front door is filled with cockroaches, so gross

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOSTEL! At check in, they said our booking was for a 1 night stay. We said no we are staying 2 nights and showed our booking confirmation which was for 2 nights. The girl at reception said “oh I see what’s happened. A group of 4 has booked and they will take your room so you will have to change room tomorrow.” We were unhappy about this but didn’t complain as were assured we would have a straight changeover in the morning. We were told to come down at checkout and we’d get our new room key. We did so, and then we were told our room would be ready in an hour. So we went for a coffee and came back after 1.5 hours, to be told the room wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours. We explained we needed to shower and change into our clothes that we had packed thinking we would be straight into the new room.. they didn’t care at all and just told us “this is really common you’ll have to wait”. On top of being kicked out of our room, I got BED BUGS at this hostel. I showed the two people at reception who cringed at the sight of my leg covered in evidently fresh bites. But then told me, “I’ve been here a year and never seen this.” And just explained to me their cleaning standards saying it wasn’t possible for me to have bed bug bites. I asked “are you saying I’m making it up? You’ve seen the bites on my leg.” And she just told me to speak to the manager who would be back later. I came back later and asked to speak to the manager. And was told (by the same person) “he won’t be back til next week.” We spoke to 4 different staff about these 2 issues and did not receive a single apology and they did not even seem to care at all. Furthermore, the “ensuite” bathroom… does not have a door or curtain!! In a mixed dorm!! They don’t show this online in photos it’s strategically cropped. I get it’s a shared space but the lack of privacy here is a joke. Again, don’t stay here. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
