Location and security are great. Issue was that I had paid for a private room with en-suite. The en-suite was a bathroom separate to my room off the communal hallway that didn’t have AC. Not an en-suite at all and shouldn’t be advertised as such.

It’s a good location but apart from that it’s not worth the money. They use modern furniture to hide the fact that nothing’s been updated since it was first built. Blinds, windows and power sockets are falling apart and bathrooms are not clean with mould everywhere and poorly functioning equipment. It would be fine if they charged low rates but they don’t

This property has a lot going for it in terms of location and a good breakfast, but was let down by basics. First off - it’s not an en-suite and should not be marketed as such. The en-suite room I booked wasn’t - there was a private bathroom up the corridor from the room, which is not the same. I was then moved to an empty dorm that was en-suite. It would be good for a group, though only one electrical outlet worked in the room and the curtain gaps meant little privacy from the main corridor

Great location, amazing staff - especially Carlos and Adrian, who booked me a taxi to and from the airport and pointed me in the direction of several facilities including the bank. However, the hostel is clearly in disrepair. On my second day I had a glass door shatter as I tried to close it. Staff were lovely and moved me to a new room, however the light was half hanging out of the ceiling and looked like it might fall.

It was put on at 8:30 A.M. and was put off more or less at midnight, so I could not sleep before midnight and it was very bad for me because I like to sleep early and wake up early. I asked the hostel team to help me with this but they could not and that's why I would not return to this hostel.

Overall a great place. Clean, secure, staff is super helpful. 2 different common areas, free coffee/tea.

Perfect location in a quiet charming street. The staff was very friendly and helpful with general information about the area. I had a private room which was nicely designed and had a lovely balcony. It was cleaned every day. I couldn't recommend more!

Excelente estancia, comodidad, tranquilidad y seguridad. Volvería sin dudas.

I had an excellent stay here. The location is simply unbelievable--you have two of the best restaurants in the country at each end of the block, and one of the best cocktail bars in the world the next block over. Unless the hotel itself has a five-star restaurant inside of it, you won't find another place with this type of access to great restaurants. The staff were truly first-class--they even helped me track down a taxi cab in which I left my wallet at 4 am; this saved the rest of my trip.
