The staff here are super chill and relaxed and the location is nice. The price also seems really good when you consider that breakfast is included. The major downside during my trip was that the whole place seemed quite disorganised. The bed I booked for the second day of my trip was double booked because of "human error" and it ended up causing me quite a lot of problems and extra expense. If this hadn't happened I think it would have been a great stay.
Marked me as a no show and kept my deposit. I arrived five minutes after I booked. And they had filled my room. Yet I lost my deposit and was marked that I didn’t come. And they won’t help me fix it. Reaching out to hostel world directly.
Nice atmosphere but just with ventilators very hot. One point I didn’t like at all and where I didn’t feel secure: to get to the showers and toilets you have to walk all the way through the hostel, especially man working there staring at you and then there isn’t even a door to close the shower. So no privacy at all! There ist even something where to put your clothes when showering. Just outside the courtains. The showers a absolute no go for me!

+ El hotel cuenta con una trayectoria muy buena, me encantó el diseño del hotel, y la ubicación. El personal de recepción es muy bueno y tienen un parqueo que es seguro.
- El servicio de restaurante es muy lento, fui con mi pareja y pasamos esperando más de 1 hora por unas tostadas francesas, se equivaron de orden dos veces. En si el restaurante tienen un pésimo servicio, la comida sabe decente. En la habitación que reservé la King, me pareció muy bonita pero lamentablemente se puede observar que no les dan mantenimiento. El inodoro tenia un problema de fuga de agua no descargaba, las cerraduras de las puertas se miraban que necesitaban de mantenimiento, no hay conectores suficientes en la habitación, no había papelera tampoco. Muchas cosas que mejorar y uno espera tener el servicio completo por el costo. Quería conocer este debido a que ya conocí otro similar en Leon, pero lamentablemente este hotel no cumplió con las expectativas.

Not the most popular hostel in Lèon but not a bad choice at all. The free breakfast is nice and the beds were fine too. It just gets really hot in the rooms unfortunately. Staff is super nice and I had a couple really good chats with them. Kitchen is basic but fine. They have a small area to chill in the middle
+ I liked the friendliness from staff,everyone was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. AC worked super good. Having a hit shower was surprisingly good!! Location was excellent. For those with rental cars,the garage is adjacent to the hotel wit 24/7 security. Definitely a place to stay!!!

Highly Reccomend
The free breakfast was good, AC in the dorm room from 8pm-8am was a godsend in the heat, longer would’ve been even better. Had to go all the way downstairs for some not very private toilets and showers. The hostel receptionist in the mornings wasn’t very friendly or helpful and unprofessionally told me (completely unprompted) that he thought a girl in my room who I had befriended was a “b*tch”, which was crazy to me.
Beautiful and chill hostel, only negative is the privacy and the placement of the showers and toilets.
Een paar uur na inchecken kwamen ze pas aangeven dat er de hele week werkzaamheden zouden zijn van 9-17:30. Er is bijna geen waterdruk boven dus om water te besparen werd het tussen gebruik uitgezet. Elke keer als we de wc, douche of wasbak wouden gebruiken in onze privé-badkamer moesten we gaan vragen of het water aan mocht. Naast de receptie zat de gedeelde badkamer, dus die privé badkamer sloeg nergens op. Stroom viel ook ‘s nachts uit waardoor we buiten hebben geslapen door de hitte.

+ Great location very close to the main square and cathedral, clean and comfortable, nice staff.
+ The hotel was very nice. Staff was pleasant. I used the laundry service, and the prices were very reasonable. WiFi was good, and it was pleasant working from the patio. Breakfast was good. Rooms had A/C and were quiet; I slept very well. Lots of stuff is easily walkable. Nice view from the second floor. Private parking across from the hotel. They have a billiards table, but it's not really playable, more of a decoration.
- The pool is in kind of an awkward corner. Prices were higher than nearby restaurants.

+ Struttura centrale e ben tenuta, personale cordiale, ci siamo trovati molto bene. La colazione è a scelta tra vari piatti e viene servita nel bellissimo patio dell’hotel. Letto comodo e bagno spazioso.
- Ci hanno dato una camera del medesimo livello ma non era quella che avevo selezionato al momento della prenotazione.

Good hostel, perfect for our needs in central Leon. Staff were super helpful - they helped us book flights to corn islands. Breakfast was tasty, free towels, and nice chilled atmosphere but definitely not a party hostel.
I stayed in three spots in Leon and this was the best for your money. Breakfast was simple but yum, the rooms had AC and it was in a good location. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Schönes Hostel mit AC, welches wirklich von Vorteil ist bei der Hitze in León. Das Frühstück tipico war sehr gut und man hat sich sehr sicher gefühlt. Man könnte eventuell schauen, ob man mehr Toiletten zur Verfügung stellt, da der Spülkasten bei mehrere Personen hintereinander schnell leer ist und demensprechend öfter mal nicht abgespült wurde.
+ Localização, o refresco de boas-vindas, o bom estacionamento (algo difícil em León), a simpatia do barman Oscar.
- Pensávamos que seria o melhor hotel da nossa viagem de 10 dias pela Nicarágua, mas ficou aquém do esperado, por questões de conforto, mas, especialmente, por atitudes de falta de transparência com o cliente. Quando nós escollhemos o hotel, o Booking informava "Café da manhã" incluído. Porém, ao chegar lá, nos disseram que o café era cobrado a parte. Nós questionamos e disseram que haveria um crédito para nós de 150 córdobas por pessoa, por dia. Esse valor não cobre o valor de uma refeição. Tomamos café uma vez lá e outras duas vezes na rua. Outra questão foi que nos fizeram deixar uma nota de 100 dólares num envelope, assinado por mim, para caução contra danos ou consumo. Achei estranho, mas concordei, com a condição de receber a mesma nota. No check-out, me devolveram uma outra nota retirada do caixa, não havia mais meu envelope assinado. Afora esses aborrecimentos, as fotos não condizem realmente com a realidade, os móveis são velhos, carpete do quarto com cheiro forte, o chuveiro é difícil de manusear, a piscina é meio suja, o pátio do café da manhã é cheio de pombos que voam pelas mesas.
