+ Nada porque cancele al instante. Había pedido una habitación privada con 3.camas y se confundieron y me habían dejado con 4 personas mas. Inaceptable
+ Era barato, pero lo barato sale caro y bien ubicado
- Por dónde empezar, nos quedamos el fin de semana! El hotel tiene un bar adentro, no alado ni al costado adentro, que tuvo música en vivo ( una banda completa ) hasta las 00:00, si venís a leon dos días y querías levantarte temprano para pasear imposible. A las 6:00 am te despiertan unos gaps q no paran de hacer ruido cosa q no puedas dormir. Ojalá eso haya sido lo peor, no hay agua caliente ni shampoo. Te ponen un ventilador que con el calor que hace por dios. Lo peor no es eso igual, el techo del cuarto no está bien conectado, por lo que entran bichos, nadie te dice eso, los tenes que empezar a ver vos. Lamentablemente encontramos una cantidad de bichos en la cama q no era normal. Cuando nos quejamos el seguridad entro con un cigarro prendido adentro de la habitación jaja parece chiste pero es real, y dijo q no podía hacer nada. Subí vídeo de los bichos q filmé ( cucarachas y escarabajos ) si en la almohada Un asco, lo barato sale caro
+ Ubicación.
- Muy descuidado la habitación, cuando uno ingresa es bar y no hay nadie que instruya, la habitación y la ropa de cama huelen feo, el piso del Baño muy descuidado.. la app decía un precio y cuando llegamos nos cobraron otro

This has been one of my worst stays. The bathroom flooded 4 times in my 2 night stay, and their solution each time was to turn the water off in my room - so I had a choice of either flooding or no water. But they didn't explain this and each time they just told me the issue was fixed. On my last night they offered a room change and when they showed me the new room, it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest - so used bedsheets, towels and a dirty bathroom with a dead cockroach in the shower.
I arrived and they told me there was an issue with the room and that they were sold out. Had to book hostel another last minute when there were very few options. No prior communication, we were lucky we did not try to check in later.

- J'ai dormi par terre à même le sol car chaleur intenable lit du haut. De plus Matelas déformé. Drap glissant sur matelas. Ventilateur très bruyant et climatisation a proximité très très bruyante insoutenable.

Paid for a nice private room to get some work done but the wifi in the room barely worked, so didn’t get to enjoy it at all. There was also loud music playing in the restaurant until around 11pm. Otherwise nice hostel, but not really social at all.
Good location and great live music on a Friday.
Le lieu se divise en une partie hostel avec cuisine et espaces communs et une partie grand restaurant du coin avec animations casi tous les soirs + grosse agence de voyage. idéal pour ceux qui veulent faire des activités payantes et manger au resto ! Plus adapté pour des couples peut être ou groupes de potes venus dépenser un peu sans se prendre la tête. Du coup la partie hostel est beaucoup plus chill. Pas d'ambiance particulière côté hostel en tant que solo traveller

Great price for private’s, however note the bar/restaurant bit is very separate to the hostel, felt a bit segregated. E.g. pool table was always in use by locals - not in the back in the hostel bit. No aircon in our room, but very pretty hostel and good kitchen

+ Todo bien, personal amable y evacuaba las dudas que nos surgían respecto al uso de utensilios.
- No tengo ningún inconveniente.
The staff here were brilliant and it was like a little haven. They had great showers too and tortoises in the garden what more could you want
+ Unfassbar nettes Personal, richtig tolle Touren und ein tolles Konzept mit dem Restaurant-Bereich vorne und dem ruhigeren Hotel-Bereich mit Garten hinten. Man war also mittendrin oder in einer ruhigen Oase. Das Personal ist immer für ein Gespräch zu haben und unterstützt bei der Reiseplanung. Die Lage ist super zentral und mittwochs und freitags gibt es live Musik. Die Vulkan-Touren starten immer in dem Hotel, weshalb man die netten Guides auch immer wieder trifft. Es fühlte sich sehr familiär an. Ich war fünf Tage in León und würde fast sagen, man kann noch länger bleiben. Es gibt sehr viel zu sehen!

+ Super nice people, very nice atmosphere, and well organised. We had a great stay with nice activities that you can easily organise at the reception.
- All great, maybe a second chair in the room for putting clothes etc.

ViaVia León was just what we needed! We did volcano boarding and camping with volcano day which is located right in the hostel. We picked a private hostel with its own bathroom that was simple, safe, and clean. There is a restaurant and bar in the first half of the building and then a small gate leading you to the guest only area for sleeping.
+ Muy agradable y céntrico! El ambiente es muy bueno! El personal es muy atento, me volvería a alojar ahí✨

+ Die Lage, das freundliche und flexible Personal. Die Livemusik am Abend und das gute Essen im Restaurant. Toll auch, dass eine Ausflugsagentur integriert ist.
- Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr heiß. Die Habanicos funktionieren nur bedingt und sind recht laut.
+ Great location, nice vibe, easy to book activities, nice and clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Really great experience

L’ensemble était bien. Nourriture très ordinaire et les déjeuné inclus sont médiocres. Mais les chambres sont propres avec petit savon offert. Personnel accueillant.
