Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa

+ At arrival they changed/ upgraded our room without hesitation when I complained about the noise level ( it was right next to the road - loads of bikes without silencer would have made sleeping impossible )

- My mistake upfront - I did not put my valuables in the safe - I had EUR ( cash ) tided together in my briefcase in a zipped pocket of a hoodie …. But even if I would have left on the table - it wouldn’t have been up for grabs… last they I had the really unpleasant surprise to notice that part of the cash is gone !!! ( I was not drunk this period, I did not have any visitor )

- Very far from activities and not clean, and the furniture is old The staff Uncooperative A lot of insects and bugs

- Отель максимум 3 зірки. Полотенця брудні, вистірані, теж саме і з халатами. Брудно в номері, меблі розвалюються.Вай фай- на 3. Тільки місцеве ТВ, немає смарт, щоб музику включити. Каву чай не докладуть, басейн брудний . В спа зовсім не привітні.

- Our room constantly smelt so bad. Very strong ammonia/urine smell. Bed was rock hard and pillows were horrible.

- الغرفه بداخل الحمام وليس الحمام بداخل الغرفه الكنب جلد وراس السرير جلد وجميعهم رائحتهم معفنه حدا ولاتطاق يتم تمسيح ارضية الحمام بنفس قماش ارضية الغرف ريحة الغرفه او الشقه ريحة حماااااام انا كنت ماخذ سويت وللأسف لم استمتع خصوصا اني سكنت قبل ذلك في فنادق 5 نجوم مثل اماري و مثل اوشن فرونت

+ The hotel is a bit outdated and quite neglected in some places, the paint on the walls is peeling and stained. The breakfast was one of the worst I have encountered in Thailand. I do not recommend staying there.

- The studio room we stayed in was not clean and disappointing. Including mold stains in the shower. Renewal and refreshing of the hotel's appearance is requested

+ Staff helped me with my baggage the moment I got there, and immediately served me with a snack and a glass of drink. They've given me early check-in too. The location, I wanted one that's away from the night life and it was awesome this hotel is quiet (there was just a construction happening during the time of my stay but thankfully it's not noisy early morning). Great mountain view from one of the pool and their restaurant.

- The room had an unpleasant smell, not sure if coming from the aircon or the bedding. Towel had someone's curly hair stuck in the fabric strands, staff should check when folding? I am all for saving electricity (whenever you go out of your room as you'll need you key card the power automatically shuts after a minute or so), however on a hot day would've appreciated if the aircon was left on even on eco mode as coming in the room if you're out all day is going to be too hot.

- Jouduimme hotellin käskystä vaihtamaan huonetta kesken reissun. Huoneen vaihto toteutettiin huonosti ja jouduimme itse kyselemään kokoajan mitä tapahtuu ja milloin.

+ Great free form and large pool. Nice sunset view. Very nice pool view from the room.

- Only 2 water bottles were provided each day. Given the hot and humid climate, should provide at least 4 to a room given dual occupancy. The snooker and table tennis facilities badly needed attention. Should also provide complimentary round trip to Patong, like other hotels and include breakfast in the room rates.

+ это самый лучший отель из всех что я брал ранее, а брал я много отелей. Очень порадовало, что мне сделали апгрейд номера на улучшенный, это было неожиданно и очень приятно! Спасибо персоналу и руководству. Клининг на высоте, каждый день уборка, вода в номер, все чистенько, уютно. Ремонт свежий, дизайн мне очень понравился. Территория отеля тоже красивая. На территории отеля живет кошечка милая. Клининг персонал сделал 1 раз лебедей из полотенчиков и украсил цветочками, большое спасибо! Рядом шикарный пляж с коралловым рифом. В бассейне вода теплая, приятная.

+ L'accueil par le personnel, la proximité de Patong et à la fois la tranquillité. La piscine qui est extrêmement grande pour trouver des coins apaisant ou il n'y a pas. La musique du restaurant ou d'enfants qui crie. Même si cela ne me gène surtout pas . Les clients en général sont assez adultes entre 35 et 65 ans

- Les chariots qui traînent dans les couloirs depuis 5/6 jours . L'emplacement de la piscine du bas qui n'est pas toute l'aprem au soleil . Il faut parfois de déplacer dans la piscine pour chercher le soleil.. Et enfin dommage que les poubelles ne sont pas toujours ramasser. Je vous met une photo de ce matin avant de partir.

+ The place is so beautiful.. the view of the pool from the rooms is what i loved the most.. and the rooms on the ground floor you just walk right into the water. They also made really good food. It is such a lovely resort. I would go there again

- When its peak season it may take a while to get a cab from the hotel from the popular Grab App

+ The location is a bit far off from the busy Patong Beach area, so it's much quieter and tidy (this can be also a negative thing, since the best restaurants are not close). Two closest beaches are very nice. Merlin beach is just a few minutes walk away and probably one of the best beaches in the area. Mostly quiet, clean and clear waters. Except with low tide, very rocky. Overall the hotel and the area is nice - I would consider staying there again!

- Location again. A bit far off from everywhere. But lucky the taxis are ready to take you around. Remember to use BOLT app, it will save you at least half the price the local taxis are asking.
