- Quise cambiar el día y me hicieron pagar de nuevo. Cuando entramos, había una cucaracha y una escalopendra, ambas vivas, en el baño.

- I forgot my brand new designer t-shirt in the room when I checked out. I had oni one little suitcase and I remember having the shirt in the morning but forgot it on the chair as I was in a hurry. I called the hotel directly the next day and told them my room number and asked about my shirt. The reception said house keeping didn’t find any shirt, which I replied to can‘t be as I was not making any other stop so the shirt must have been in the hotel or my suitcase where it’s not. a few days later when I was in Phuket again I came back to the hotel to check in person for my shirt. This time I hear that the house keeping found my shirt, but because it was very dirty the throw it away. My shirt was not dirty at all, I wear it only one time during a night club so that wasn’t true. They also said that they throw away the trash already, so the shirt was gone. I protested and said that they can’t just throw away items from guests that stayed there and forgot them in the hotel anyway, especially if the guests are calling the next day and asking for their cloth they forgot. I never had anything like that before and I travel a lot. I had to leave at one point because it was not going anywhere. Very disappointed about the attitude also, the owner said it’s my fault as I forgot the shirt in the room, so they are allowed to throw it away.

+ The location was somewhat close to Phuket town. That is the only positive I could think of.

- Even for the price, this place was a disaster. I asked how to check in the morning of my check in and informed them that I was arriving at 11:30 PM. They told me I had to arrive before 10:00 or make other accommodations. I messaged them 3 more times asking for them to help, and they refused, so I had to book another last minute hotel close to the airport. I checked in at Nasa the next day and complained and they said they were waiting for me. I showed them the email they sent me through booking.com and they pretended like they had never seen it before. So whoever runs their email was either on drugs or heavily confused. The Nasa Hotel was full, so they took me next door to the "Naka Inn". This was the ugly step sister and trashier hotel. The ants welcomed me accordingly! There was a tiny little shower that I had to crouch down in the corner. There was no sheet and I question whether or not the duvet had been washed recently. No evidence of bedbugs... so I guess that's a positive. Oh and the wifi didn't work either. I asked to be moved to Nasa Hotel, which I had paid for, and they did offer for the final night, but at that point, the influence of the prison-like cement walls had taken over, and I couldn't bring myself to leave the dungeon for the final night.. Please see pictures for a better idea. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not stay here for any more than 10 USD a night.

+ I want to book Nasa hotel in bangkok city,but my manager done it wrong .. when I came bangkok city I went Nasa hotel at there they said I have no reservation at that hotel, Then I called Nasa hotel in Phuket I explained my situation and ask refundable some money back, but still no response. Please give your kindly favour about this case.Thanks Neil .

+ The whole feel of this building is not like a hotel, but it seems to be a long stay place. We chose this hotel for the location and the pool, but the pool is crammed in the front yard and does not feel at all inviting to be at or in. The room was clean, but a hodgepodge of furniture, and the person at the desk was quite unfriendly and not open to any requests. So would not recommend at all. We left after one night and booked another hotel to stay our last night in.

+ Lugar é um bom custo benefício, bem estruturado!

- Único ponto é que os funcionários não são muito simpaticos e a área de banho no banheiro não é muito limpo, encontramos até pequenas larvas nos rejuntes do piso.

+ Very comfortable bed, good A/C.

- The cleaning could be improved, toilet was cleaned only once during my stay (2 nights).

+ Maravilloso! Amamos el hotel! Todos los días botellas de agua en la nevera, cama tendida, toallas limpias ❤️ Una zona espectacular! Restaurantes deliciosos, zona de comercio, cerca al mercado Naka (el mejor de Phuket) y a unos minutos del old town; sin embargo la calle era silenciosa. Parqueaderos privados, literal al lado de la puerta de la habitación. La piscina no está mal para una pequeña y corta refrescada antes de ir a algún lado. Relación precio con comidas y limpieza 10/10.

+ Great place to stay, but a bit to far away from everthing in Phuket old town.

- Struggle to get an iron in the property , lady thought it was weird and unusual to iron clothes while on holidays !! Kind of made fun of me . Then came back to the reception 2 days after, and one of the other host said that there was none in the property ?!? Rooms were old and not really clean . Shower holder broke twice in the space of 4 days . Card system to enter the property is not ideal , if you leave your card inside the room at night ,there will be no 24 hours reception to open up the property for you and you will have to wait for a guest to go outside so you could come in !!

+ Tutto perfetto! Camera pulita ogni giorno.

+ Excellent roomservice. That you could go and leave whenever you wanted and didn’t have to check in anywhere. It was being at home far away.

- There was a hole in the bathroom wall that were taped with a plastic board which falles down in the middle of the night very scary.
