   Convenient location, short stroll to the sea, shops and restaurants all over. Clean rooms, spacious shower. Sporty vibe. It is not a 5 star hotel but good value for money.

   This is scam! I booked “room assigned on arrival”, but they gave me mixed dorm. I would never choose dorm. Also, dorm was way cheaper, why would I pay more for same? Receptionist said this happens before. No single room was available, so I didn’t stay at all. Had to book another hotel last minute during Songkran. I paid both the dorm and the new hotel – total cost for 4 nights was 500 €. Total rip-off. (Will remove this review if I get full refund.) – UPDATE – The owner’s public reply is pure fake. They pretend to care, but after I contacted them as requested, they completely ignored me. No refund, no compensation, no solution. Just empty words to look good online. Be very careful – this is not just bad service anymore, it’s scamming and lying!

   This is by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at in Phuket from every aspect. if you’re not into frat boy lifestyle such as getting drunk, partying, staying up late, then do not come here. Believe me you’ll feel like you’re in college not traveling for a holiday. You can get a decent 4-5 star hotel at the same rate here in Phuket if you go a little further from Patong Beach by 1-3km. They claim they’re budget friendly that’s why they lack basic services. They justify their overpriced private rooms with “activities”. Those activities are basically all parties that keep you up all night from the extreme noise levels no matter which floor your room is located. Expect to hear shouting, loud music, sheering, non-stop from 5 PM until late 12 AM. When I called to complain about the noise level at the pool party and asked a very simple question…”At what time does the party ends?” She replied “I don’t know” shortly afterwards “bye!” with a sarcastic voice tone and hanged up the phone on me. I was in literal shock that a hotel with this high ratings would treat guests like this. I figured that most of those ratings must be fake or bought by offering discounts to guests. If you do not care about the noise, attitude, room size, bed quality, and you want to be treated like a cheap nobody, then this hotel is for you. Watch out!! This is not cheap unless you’re booking a dorm with shared beds. But, If you’re booking a private room like me then please go elsewhere as it’s way too overpriced for a tiny room that you can barely walk on. The room has no amenities and is very depressing, it will absolutely ruin your trip if you decide to stay longer than two days here, there are much better alternatives. Be aware this hotel has no services at all, no mini fridge, no chair or couch, no proper lightning, no desk, no stand, no room service, and no safety, expect to find drunk people here, and people smoking weed on the lobby entrance that look like a garage. Plus sewage smell and gas on the enterance I also noticed they provide you with re-used glass water bottles that look disgusting and aged from the outside which is probably re-filled and used by 10’s other guests (God knows) I did not drink any of them just in case and bought my own from 7/11. Be careful. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard. Considering the price I paid for a private room (roughly 2000 BAHT/day) I expected the bed to be comfy like a decent 4-5 star hotel. But oh boy…that thing was hard as a rock. The pillows are fine, however. In short, it up to you and your preferences, but I had to write this review to warn any other potential guests from this “good looking from the outside, and bad looking from the inside“ kind of hotel with unexpected surprises. Don’t believe their overhyped social media that present a fake reality.
