Este hotel mudou de localização/ encerrou suas atividades. Havia feito a reserva com 45 dias de antecedência, e quando fui realizar o check-in às 23 h 00 min, os funcionários do shopping informaram que este hotel não estava mais localizado lá. Total falta de planejamento e respeito para com os clientes, pois nem sequer avisaram via e-mail ou telefone, assim como não ficaram com o valor pago da taxa de reserva.
This hotel changed location/closed its operations. i had made a reservation 45 days in advance, and when i went to check in at 11pm, the shopping officials informed me that this hotel was no longer located there. total lack of planning and respect for com customers, as they did not even notify via e-mail or phone, nor did they get the amount paid of the reservation fee.
Yaaaaa. Not the best! The staff was incredibly nice. my bed was dirty kind of dainty. Not capsules so much like the ones in Tokyo but more plywood capsules. Pretty loud and creeky.
This hostel was in a great location close to the airport. However, my bed had hairs all over it. It was almost like the bed had been made up, but the sheets weren’t changed after the previous person. The bathrooms were very clean. The functions on the control panel didn’t work, such as changing the temperature, so I’m not sure why it’s there. The USB ports didn’t work as well. The receptionist directed me to leave my small carryon in the front instead of bringing it with me to the room...
Se suponía q el hotel era con el servicio de desayuno , pero no lo hubo, dijeron q está plataforma está mal por decir que dan desayuno .pero si me cobraron 1 hora de más
The hotel was supposed to have breakfast service, but I didn't, they said this platform is wrong for saying breakfast. but if they charge me 1 hour extra

Relativ nah zum Flughafen gelegen und gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jedoch war meine Kapsel nicht komplett sauber, da ich Haare gefunden habe.
