- 避雷这家青旅！老板处事太不公平，明显区别对待客人。只维着结伴的小团体嘘寒问暖，各种便利优先安排，单独背包客的合理需求却被敷衍打发，花钱住店还得看人脸色，体验感差到极致。

+ The guests are all really great. This made my stay really enjoyable. Great location...

- I did not like that the staff were telling my guest to leave at 10pm, when it was only around 8:30pm. I would have preferred that they share that with me and not directly to my guest who came to visit and hang out with me in the common area. They made both me and my guest feel very uncomfortable. Constantly watching us and when I showed my guest the toilet one of the staff ran after us up to the toilet and I told him that my guest was only going to use the toilet. I felt like I was constantly being watched especially by management. Probably because I was the person of colour there. My bed had bed bugs, long strands of hair (I'm bald) and even nail clippings on it. I requested for my entire bedding to be changed after my first night and they only changed the bed sheet and one pillow case. The blanket still had long hair strands on it and the other pillow case was dirty. I had to request to move beds after waking up with multiple bumps all over my back from the bed bugs 👾. I am allergic to bed bugs so I was covered in swollen bumps all over me. Even after sharing and showing them my allergic reaction to the bed bugs. I was not offered any form of compensation. I had to pay for the two drinks I had for my entire stay. Worst hostel experience of my over two month travels. The staff at the front desk were hardly friendly. Only one or two really seemed kind. There was one girl with the Bob cut styled hair who was extremely unfriendly. She would not make eye contact nor would she even smile when she entered the room and her energy was extremely negative.

- Ik heb al veel hostels bezocht en weet dus wat ik kan verwachten qua basiscomfort, maar dit hostel viel ver onder de standaard. Bij aankomst viel meteen op hoe smerig het was: schimmel in de wasbakken, een vuile vloer en lakens die niet fris leken — ik trof zelfs haren op mijn bed aan. De grootste schrik kwam toen ik twee bedwantsen zag. Dat was voor mij de grens; ik ben direct vertrokken en heb hier uiteindelijk niet geslapen. Absoluut geen aanrader.

+ Friendly receptionist but that's pretty much it

- The hostle is extremely dirty. I'm traveling for 7 years and never had such a stinky place. The dorm had no windows and I barley could breathe of the smell. Toilets are dirty because people don't know how to use them. Loads of hair and poopstains in the shower. I also had bloodstains on my mattress cover. I usually never leave bad reviews but if someone of the management reads this please take action to get this place cleaned!

+ Ben na 45 min uitgecheckt… was hele rare vibe.

- Het was vies, rare vibe met personeel. Het stonk enorm en was onhygiënisch. Ben na 45 min vertrokken.

+ The facilities are nice and comfy

- house keeping WILL steal your money if given the chance , they were ready to have me completely lose my PASSPORT and miss my fights and appointments and overstay , just for them to grab the few bucks in my wallet , despicable.... Had to go to the police station to solve it .

+ I was been there more then two weeks I want to put and my hand bag with then and then I go to pizza shop when I came back and I check my bag I lost 1000 usd dollar when I ask them about my money next day they take me out they said we don't have place next two days after I cam back with new reservation and they said to me you talk to bad about over staff we don't give you place it's not good rision

- Staff have many problems I know some one before me 800 euros lost and she talk to me but staff they are scammers one day I give them my clothes for washing Wich guy he take with blance 3kg and he charge money for 3 kg morning when supervisor she come and she ask to me I have to pay 6 kg when I talk with them and they stop talking to me when we bought food and put in fridge staff they eat and what's about Tavel normally every day we have one new Tavel but because I lost my money they tould me every two days after we give you one Tavel I was try to find owner complain phone number or email address I didn't found I was very good with staff all the time I give them good tip and when I eat I invited them I am so sad about bastard people and all my bros and sister I have to said becarrful because your locker they can open easy thankx so much

- A friend's locker was broken to get the IDR inside the bag. The bag also had USD at the same place but that wasn't taken. Hostel's CCTV is extremely poor and outdated. We got the footage after haggling for over twelve hours. Eventually, as there was no option to speed up the viewing process (such as 2.0), and as we had to checkout, we couldn't do anything about it. Some of the staff was nice but some very indifferent. It has just one toilet and 2 showers for one floor.

+ 4 points only -position close to histor.centre and Cafe Batavia where Indon.food with taste is served -nice staff -they sell beer -breakfast included

- - constant power cut on 3rd floor where my private room was - very little place to put stuff - not very clean indeed - not being serviced...

+ The staff were so good and cooperative! They helped me with every little things! The bathrooms were clean too! But not the rooms! It was tiny and uneasy to sleep! Mosquitoes at night! No property girls room door locked! AC was not working!

- Room was crazy cold but they adjusted it after asking. Beds felt like a capsule

+ The room is nice, the bathroom is clean, and the staff are super helpfull

+ The staff worked in early morning is very friendly and helpful. He gave me suggestion on spending last few hours in Jakarta.

- Some parts in the hostel is a bit old and may need renovation. But they still function well. Also, i recommend they update their map in hostel, as the "free bus tour" bus stop on it is not correct 😞
