There is much better options in city. Pay little more and have a goog experience.

This place is just desperately needing an upgrade on the beds. Top bunks have no privacy curtains - bunk beds are rickety and make noise ANY time you move. Now here is the kicker, when you check in you’re handed sheets to make the bed. No duvet cover. There is no staff cleaning the duvets between new arrivals and no one quite explains this to you. I’ve been staying in hostels for 8+ months and not once have I had to put the sheets on a bed??? Sorry basic cover especially for the price point.

I had really high hopes due to great reviews for this place. The first surprise was the amount of stairs we had to climb with very heavy luggage after a long travel day— we didn’t expect the lack of elevators in the main building. And unfortunately my friend and I were unable to shower due to hair clogging and flooding the shower. We tried to contact staff multiple times through email & calling, yet we heard nothing back. I stayed with a friend in a private room, we found a bed bug that evening on the bedside table, then I was bitten during the night. The managers didn't offer us a refund, only a change of room for our second night. We had to pay to take care of our belongings once we left the hostel. We also found a bedbug molt in the room, so it wasn't just one.

Really loved my stay there the owner was really sweet and the beds where really confortable.

They have a nice free tour, but the rooms did not close, and the bathrooms were very public, when I took a bath at least 3/4 times they tried to open the doors since they were not in the rooms. the kitchen was nice but dirty

A secure hostel close to the city centre. Yet, the hostel is promoted to be on the second floor, actually it's on the fourth or fifth floor. You have to make a lot of effort to find it since it is in an ordinary apartment block. The staff is multi-lingual. The rooms are wet, cold, dark. The bedsheets are disgusting. I had booked two beds, both happened to be upper ones, which is quite strange. The ceiling was peeling off, so some beds were under dust. Breakfast was poor. A big disappointment!

Disgusting and small bathrooms. Dorm rooms were boiling and my bed had bed bugs. My first day there I went to take a nap and one of the staff members climbed to the top of my bunk and FaceTimed someone talking super loud. Save yourself and do not stay here

I personally didn’t enjoy my stay here. I didn’t like the atmosphere at all and I didn’t feel particularly safe as the rooms didn’t have locks. There were no organised events in the hostel to get people to meet eachother and I didn’t feel welcomed by the staff. If I came to reception to ask a question I actually felt like I was interrupting their conversation. The breakfast was not good either, and the kitchen was dirty and had very limited facilities. Not worth the money at all.

Nous avons passé 6 nuits très agréables dans cette auberge, le staff était super sympa ainsi que les autres voyageurs. Niveau propreté c’était nickel, les serviettes étant changées très régulièrement, la cuisine partagée très bien tenue et très équipée. L’ambiance était vraiment super, on recommande !

Iara y Matteo me recibieron muy bien. El hostel estaba limpio (habitaciones y baño) me perdí el desayuno que estaba incluido asi que será para la proxima!

Such a lovely stay - facilities were great, breakfast was provided and the staff were lovely! Also a great location to be in the midst of everything. I based myself here while exploring Cinque Terre and the surrounding area and was ideal for getting to the train stations and public transport.

This was such a nice hostel. It felt like a little family and you could feel the warmth from the volunteers there. I might have been lucky with the people I met but the atmosphere was so cosy and friendly. The kitchen was well equipped and the free breakfast was a big bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The localization is perfect. It is a bit loud as the restaurant is outside the window, but it is normal in city center. The place is clean and the staff is so nice and lovely.

This hostel was so lovely, we would definitely recommend! The staff were so accommodating, there were so many facilities such as washing machines, a full kitchen, nice communal areas, and good bathroom facilities. The staff were so incredibly helpful at making our trip so memorable. They created a guide for all of the best places in Genova, with amazing niche restaurants and bars to experience the city like a true local. Excellent hostel. Very cozy, right in the heart of town, a fantastic community space and atmosphere, and the hosts had so many recommendations of where to go and where to eat. Absolutely recommend!

Nous avons passé 3 excellentes nuits. Le personnel est accueillant et d’excellents conseils (cf le guide sur Gênes est incroyable !!!). Les lieux sont propres et vraiment conviviaux, nous recommandons !!! Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour. Merci 🤍

It is a very calm but lively hostel at the same time. No matter what you are looking for it will fit. Staff is incredibly nice and everything is very clean and feels good

A great place to stay! All the bottom beds had curtains, people were friendly, excellent location a 30second walk from a Main Street. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, oils, salt/pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, and all of those little things you don’t want to have to buy when you’re traveling and carry them around everywhere. Very nice location and comfy beds. Outlet was a little loose so my phone didn't charge at night, but the shower was nice, and the location was very good

En general todo estuvo bien, sin embargo, los baños no estan limpios, las duchas tienen mucho moho. El staff fue super amable y atento.

one of my best hostel experiences! great facilities and staff, felt super relaxed there
