+ L’emplacement
- INADMISSIBLE : coupure d’eau générale dans l’hôtel. Pas possible de se laver, d’aller aux toilettes ni de boire!! Et en plus aucune communication de la part du personnel. Deux bouteilles d’eau seulement distribuées à 4h du matin

- Not great. Room was old and smelled bad,strong perfume on the bedding made it worse. Cleaning was sloppy (missing towels, empty shampoo bottles), and they ignored our requests. Asked for an iron and got a broken one that looked like it came from a garage sale. Wouldn’t stay again.

- OMG where do i even start, the way this hotel is decorated makes you feel like you’re in a late 80’s/90’s movie. It is absolutely horrendous. The room was a total nightmare the AC wasn’t working properly thank god it was not very hot when we stayed there. The double bed was not comfortable & the single beds god forbid you actually need to sleep in it. The whole hotel has a fitted carpet which i doubt is cleaned regularly same goes for the room’s fitted carpet. The ceiling had mold on it. The bathroom’s were very outdated. there was no kettle in the room. Nothing worked in The kitchenette we had in the room not even the fridge! The pool terrace again is SUPER outdated and the pool looked disgusting where i did not feel safe letting my 5 year old son swim.

+ Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und sehr gut
- als wir ankamen war die Toilette schmutzig und das Zimmer nicht sauber, so dass wir in ein anderes Zimmer umgezogen sind. Der gesamte Rooftop-Bereich hat keine Beschattung!!! Das Gitter des Überlaufs des Pools war völlig verdreckt - wir haben das mehrfach an der Rezeption angemerkt - nicht ist passiert. Im Überlauf lagen Müll und viele Haare!!! Der Rooftop-Bereich war lieblos gestaltet. Die Küche war alt, die Zimmer und das Hotel sind mit einem Teppichboden ausgestattet, der unglaublich alt und dreckig ist, barfußlaufen im Zimmer sollte man vermeiden, das Bad war unästhetisch und eine Bakterienbombe. Wir dachten wir setzen uns abends nochmals an die Rooftop-Bar, die Getränkeauswahl ist mäßig und die Stühle super unbequem. Das Hotel ist von außen schön, aber innen pfui und auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

- ma per un 4 stelle molto deludente e sporco, camera piccola e poco accogliente. Lo staff non ha accolto la nostra richiesta di upgrade anche a pagamento, alla fine abbiamo cambiato albergo e abbiamo comunque dovuto pagare due notti in più senza alcun rimborso o disponibilità da parte della struttura. Moquette sporca, anche il muro e le lenzuola. PESSIMO

+ La posizione centrale è comoda a tutto ed si trasporti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimi servizi anche dopo il check out, con servizio di deposito bagagli. Sistemazione in appartamento per due persone, completo di tutto in cucina. Bagno con bidet. Camera spaziosa. Struttura non nuova ma comunque molto pulita. Riordino camera e biancheria bagno tutti i giorni
