+ Location is Good.
- I can’t understand the rating of this hotel in Booking or anywhere else. It’s not a 5 star by any possible standard. Not even 4! They were renovating and didn’t mention anything. There was noise, dirt, dust and smell of painting everywhere. The hotel is terribly maintained, dark and a total mess. Electrical wires lose in the walls…
+ The staff were nice
- Could not stay. The staff were kind and tried to help, but arriving to find the hotel under construction and being moved elsewhere without prior notice made the experience disappointing overall. I had been in communication with the hotel for around a month prior to arrival, including messages during the week before and even the day before we arrived. On arrival, we were welcomed with tea, which was appreciated. However, we were then informed that our room was not ready and that the hotel was newly opened and still under construction. We were told it was not available and would need to stay at their “sister hotel” on the other side of town. We were transported by motorbike with our luggage to the alternative property. While the staff remained calm, friendly and helpful throughout — and we were offered a choice of two rooms plus complimentary breakfast — it was still a surprise and not the location we had specifically chosen. We were told there had been a WhatsApp issue, although our prior communication had been through Booking.com. Unfortunately, no advance notice was given about the change of property, which meant the first couple of hours of our stay were disrupted and we lost time relocating. While the team handled the situation politely, the lack of transparency beforehand made the overall experience disappointing. The quality of room and hotel, room and cleanliness was not at the same level I had originally booked.

- It was under construction and smelled of paint chemicals. Random workers everywhere. Traveling alone I don’t feel safe

Super Abzocke-Hostel. Die Preise für Getränke sind viel zu hoch, die Zimmer haben keine Fenster… Frühstück ist dabei aber für die Getränke muss man bezahlen. Wirklich das schlechteste was man in Hanoi machen kann
The hostel has bed bugs and seems to have had bed bugs for a long time. And nothing has been done and staff are not helpful. The whole place needs to be fumigated. Staff didn't even say sorry about the issue when I collected my clothes. He said this happens.
I would not recommend this hostel in the slightest. My friend and I both got bitten over our bodies by bedbugs whilst at this hostel - which was confirmed by a pharmacist. We only stayed at this hostel across the time we were bitten, so it was without a doubt this location. I also saw on a Hostelworld chat that other people had this experience. I attempted to reach out to the hostel staff following this to resolve this privately and they assured us they would take pictures to verify with a medic...
Please beware that there is a bed bug issue on floor 3 here- room 305 has bed bugs and that room and the surrounding ones have had the same issue for over a year now (based on previous reviews). We were then offered another room (102) where we also found bed bugs. Although the staff were helpful on the night and washed our clothes, they then shrunk half of them and asked us to not leave them a bad review 😭

Es war schön im Hostel one. Es gab nicht nur eine große Auswahl an Essen und Getränken, sondern auch an Spa Angeboten und Erlebeniss Angeboten. Die Schlafkabinen sind sehr groß und gemütlich.
Me encantó alojarme aquí. El ambiente es muy acogedor y el personal es súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, y se nota que ponen cariño en el lugar. Además, la ubicación es perfecta para moverse y descubrir la ciudad. Sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente a cualquiera que visite la zona. ¡Gracias por todo!
Muy buena experiencia. El hostel está en una zona excelente, con muchos sitios cerca para comer y moverse por la ciudad fácilmente. Las instalaciones están limpias, el ambiente es muy bueno y el personal es muy atento. Totalmente recomendable.

No es muy limpio pero tiene buen ambiente y queda bien ubicado. A veces los puertos USB no funcionan en las camas
Una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. El personal siempre muy amable y también sus voluntarios. Sin duda, quiero regresar aquí. Gracias por su hospitalidad.
