+ The location
- The staff were the worst and the place didn’t feel clean at all and not what they show in the picture. I purchased a tour from there and paid $450 and have had no way to contact them as the bus just didn’t show up and I was in the middle of no where and got here to be told I can’t take my belongings with me to the tour. I have no way of contact with them and I have to go all the way back to hanoi from ha giang

+ The behavior of the staff is very bad and rude. The location is very dirty. The room is expensive compare to other option nearby. I do not suggest anyone to stay here. they charge higher price for package tour and bus ticket.

- Reality is far off from the ratings on booking (probably most are faked ratings). The room was not close to what we expected. Almost no daylight. One window goes out into a supply shaft with air conditioning units in it (generating noise). Overall the room was in bad condition (broken tiles, moldy shower curtain, cheap furniture, broken mirror frame). For the price you could get better quality around the corner.

Amazing hostel, great clean rooms and the staff were fantastic. Special shoutout to Hana as she helped us out constantly, even after we had left Bong. She organised an amazing Cat Ba island experience, and the Hai Giang Loop. She also ensured all the travel was seamless from each place to the next. She was the best!!!
Quiet and chill hostel. Nothing to do there except to sleep if that’s what you need great. They have food and drinks sold there
Pretty decent hostel. Only stayed there 1 night before the loop but staff were very helpful in sorting payments. Very small social area in reception
Perfect place to stay before going on the ha giang loop with bong. Rooms are nice and clean, big lockers. Very comfy stay. No complaints.
Bong were great for the ha giang loop, but i can only recommend the Hanoi hostel for a night or 2. it's cramped and chaotic due to people constantly arriving and leaving for the loop, and the rooms are noisy. nice staff though
We stayed here just before the loop and it is quite a small hostel. The room and bathroom were nice, but there is just a small common area downstairs and not much going on. Good to stay before the loop, but wouldn’t suggest if you’re looking for something social.
It was good for staying the night before the Ha Giang Loop, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than that since there is no area to hang out, and it is a little farther out than some other hostels.
Good hostel in the middle of the old town. busy place with people coming and going for the loop so only stay if you're doing that for a night or so. decently clean to say how busy they are. breakfast is eggs and toast.Id recommend doing the loop with them too

+ La cama era muy cómoda, la ubicación también era correcta.
- La habitación era minúscula, la cama estaba encajonada y no había sitio para dejar las maletas si querías abrir las puertas, en el baño tenía que agacharme para entrar. La ubicación era buena, pero más que encanto, salir a la calle era una odisea de día, por la noche estaba vacía y daba gusto.

- Caro para lo que es. Pagamos 60 dolares la noche, no tiene desayuno, olía mal, el baño tenia una disposición extraña. No lo elegiría otra vez, llegamos allí porque el hotel reservado cancelo en ultimo momento

Nice and but the common area is a bit small and it is good if you are doing the loop with bong 🙆🏻♀️

+ 観光地のほとんどが徒歩圏内だった。夜遅くまで遊んでも問題ない。受付の男性が親切で、一人旅の私を気にかけてくれた。早朝出発の空港送迎タクシーを手配してくれたのも助かった。klookで予約したハロン湾ツアーの送迎範囲内だったのも助かった。
- 部屋に小さな虫が飛んでいたこと。シャワーとトイレの間に扉やカーテンなどの隔たりもなく、トイレが濡れないように気をつけた。
