- Room smelt strongly of cannabis and bed proximity was too uncomfortable to continue stay
+ Kurzer Fußweg zur U-Bahn
- Das Zimmer hätte von der Größe her für 2 Personen gepasst, es wurden allerdings 2 Stockbetten rein gequetscht. Kein Platz um sich dort im Stehen umzuziehen, kein Platz für Klamotten. Unter den Betten gab es versperrbare Laden. Eine pro Person, wobei eine kaputt war und das Schloss muss man ausborgen oder selber mitbringen. Ein Kasten steht direkt hinter der Tür, sodass diese gar nicht gabz auf geht. Unser Stockbett stand direkt vor einem Fenster. Dieses geschlossen lassen ist von Dr Raumluft her ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit, ist es allerdings offen zieht es genau auf das untere Bett und natürlich sieht man von draußen rein, da es keinen Vorhang, sondern nur Jalousien gibt. Unser Stockbett wurde frei im Raum reingequetscht, sodass es wackelt, sobald sich einer dreht. Im Bad sind ehemalige schimmelflecke an der Decke sichtbar, sowie die Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen sehr schlecht ist. Wir haben direkt nach der ersten Nacht ausgecheckt, da diese Umstände nicht tragbar waren, haben allerdings kein Geld zurückbekommen! Unser Zimmer ist auf keinem der Fotos ersichtlich, die auf den Fotos sind größer!

- I did pay on arrival cash 44.50 but in next day when I left hostel for my sent invoice to pay again because I did stay without paying. Please to check CCTV in 2 December in 2pm 5 minutes I did pay cash 50£ and got change coins back. Also in room Rainbow girls 16bed dorms terrible smell unwashed body, unwashed penta. Please to change staff reception
- I had a terrible experience here. They kicked me out of my bed claiming I’m not sleeping in my own bed. Even though I proved that I’m sleeping in the right bed they still changed my bed in the middle of the night.The receptionist didnt even apologize after that. The bed was also not clean. I found a literal human toe nail piece in the bed. Asked for my sheets to be changed and they didn’t change it. Also receptionists were rude and unhelpful.

- O quarto de 16 camas parece um cativeiro, sem janela e com um cheiro de urina insuportável, até comprei um difusor elétrico pra ligar na tomada da minha cama. Os cobertores são imundos, passei frio durante 4 noites porque não tinha coragem de me cobrir com eles. Os cabelos da foto estavam no chão quando eu fiz Check-in e na hora do check-out, 4 dias depois, continuavam no mesmo lugar. Pra fechar o horror com chave de ouro, no último dia da minha estadia, acordei com o barulho de ratos dentro da parede. Não voltaria nem que a estadia me fosse oferecida de graça.
+ Stayed at this women’s hostel recently. Ambience was okay, but the highlight was the way two ladies here handle customer concerns. I asked a simple, normal question (not at a busy time) and later emailed — the reply I got was shocking. Instead of a professional answer, I received a two-to-three page essay, full of rude remarks aimed at me personally. Impressive how much free time they must have to write novels instead of solutions. I really hope this wasn’t from the owner, but rather a couple of employees with zero civic sense. Either way, totally fed up with how unprofessional and inappropriate the response was. And yes, I do hope they reply here on Google reviews too — maybe we’ll get another two pages of entertainment. 🙃

- O lugar era sujo desde a recepção colo os quartos eram sujos, a cozinha fedida e sempre com muito lixo, o quarto apertado, o armário não funcionava pra trancar e o outro era embaixo da cama, onde não era limpo nunca e quando arrastava a gaveta vinha muita sujeira. O quarto nada funcional. O banheiro fedido e sujo e as toalhas er entregues sem nem uma proteção, a atendente pegava com a mão suja e suja entregava.

I enjoyed the volunteer that worked to create a community among the women and the location the most. What I had a hard time with is that I paid 8 pounds for laundry only for my clothes to be returned to me balled up instead of folded full of wrinkles. This was unacceptable and you let people know to have a choice if you are not going to change. The cleaning staff was reluctant to assist when asked a question, customer service education. The heating system was an issue hot or no heat.
L’auberge est bien située, l’ambiance y est agréable et calme. Le personnel est accueillant. Le seul petit hic est peut être la propreté. Bien que cela ne soit pas vraiment la faute de l’établissement, la vaisselle est souvent mal nettoyée et les douches et les toilettes ne sont pas toujours très propres. Ce n’est pas alarmant mais parfois un peu dérangeant. Malgré tout, si vous cherchez une auberge pas très chère et bien située, nous ne pouvons que vous la conseiller !
The hostel is well located, the atmosphere is pleasant and calm. The staff is welcoming. The only minor hiccup may be the cleanliness. Although it is not really the establishment's fault, the dishes are often poorly cleaned and the showers and toilets are not always very clean. This is not alarming but sometimes a little disturbing. Despite all this, if you are looking for a not very expensive and well located hostel, we can only recommend it !
Great hostel for women only. Only my bed had the cushion less than 1m from a noisy fresh air whole in the ceiling. Had a very bad night. Give free earplugs???

Have never felt safer or more comfortable at any other hostel before. It was wonderful and super easygoing. Staff is there 24/7 and the location is super convenient since it’s a one minute walk away from the tube station!!! I showed up alone and met other solo women travelers who I explored the city with. Tbh this is a great place for anyone starting out with solo traveling. I already booked my next stay :)
Hostel is really good value for money, not far from Bethnal Green tube station, very clean and safe.
Room for 8 pax was dark, without the possibility to open a window. I have a feeling in prisons people have more space. I kept thinking what would happen in case of evacuation, I don't think it's ok to shove that many people in a tiny room. Considering the number of guests, not enough cleaning staff to manage the cleanliness of bathrooms.
Great environment and lovely staff, clean beds and bathrooms, this was a fantastic stay. Only bad thing I can think of was how hot it was in the dorm rooms and also the outside noise (not the hostels fault)

+ This hostel is something out of a fairy tail! The staff were so welcoming and kind and they ensure no men are allowed into the building even at the door. They helped me in with my bags and explained how the door codes work and how to find my bunk. I came in at around 1am and the dorm i was in was silent! The beds are extremely comfy and the rooms are very high tech and friendly to use. I had a top bunk and the bed was exceptionally soft and the pillow really helped put me to sleep. In the morning the check out was simple and efficient. 11/10 no better place to stay!!!!
