+ Essere scappato la mattina successiva in un'altra struttura
- Nulla, sconsiglio vivamente a qualunque viaggiatore singolo, non fatevi convincere dalle recensioni e dal voto perché è l'unione dei diversi tipi di camera.La stanza è un buco asfissiante , la camera senza finestra vi toglie completamente la cognizione del tempo, spazi claustrofobici da film dell'orrore e pericolosi per la salute.Sono rimasto talmente sconcertato dall'esperienza con lo staff che quasi non ci credevo a cosa avessi prenotato, mi hanno completamente ignorato davanti a chiare sollecitazioni e dichiarazioni di non conformita nella loro struttura e sono stato costretto a cambiare "hotel" letteralmente la mattina seguente per non rischiare un esaurimento nervoso. Se proprio avessi deciso di stare in un posto del genere fin dal principio e sapendo di che posto si trattava veramente, il massimo prezzo che spenderei sarebbe meno della metà di quanto pattuito.Prima volta in tanti anni che resto traumatizzato in questo modo e come ciliegina sulla torta a causa di questo spiacevole episodio ho pure dovuto cambiare i miei programmi di viaggio in peggio di fatto condizionando la mia vacanza. Dovreste vergognarvi per come trattare i clienti e per cosa offrite a loro.

- We frooze, the personal from the reception did not even came in the room to check the AC and She gave us a broken radiator.
+ Lo único positivo es que al menos las instalaciones estaban limpias, pero eso no compensa todo lo demás.
- Una experiencia nefasta y desesperante. No entiendo cómo este sitio puede llamarse hotel. Nos hicieron esperar hasta casi las 10 de la noche para el check-in, después de estar todo el día fuera cansados. Cuando por fin nos dan la habitación, la puerta no funcionaba, no podíamos entrar y nos vuelven a mover de planta, perdiendo todavía más tiempo. La habitación era una vergüenza: sin ventanas, claustrofóbica, parecía un zulo, diminuta, incómoda y ni siquiera mi novio cabía bien en la cama. Los “cojines” eran un chiste: tan finos que tuve que dormir con toallas para hacer bulto. Dormimos fatal todos los días. Pedimos limpieza todos los días y no limpiaron ni uno solo. Ni sábanas limpias, ni toallas limpias, ni nada, teniendo además todo incluido. Eso es una tomadura de pelo. Prometían café gratis cuando quisiéramos: mentira. Todo se pagaba aparte. Y para rematar, el día del check-out, cuando podíamos estar hasta las 11:00, a las 10:30 ya estaban molestando para echarnos, y lo peor: entraron en la habitación sin llamar, una falta de respeto y de intimidad brutal. Esto no es mala suerte, es mala gestión, mala educación y pésimas condiciones. Nos sentimos engañados, incómodos y nada cuidados como clientes. No volvería ni aunque fuera gratis. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

+ The room was nice and quite clean. Free coffee and tea was amazing. (And coffee was good)
- Let’s say East London is not well connected to the Zone 1 by underground. Buses only, basically. But it’s not a big deal. The ac wasn’t working but they sent a portable heater. Also there’s no minibar.

- Rooms are not soundproofed at all; water takes too long to heat up, the kettle has no lead to plug it in; no tea/coffee in the room

- The room was WAY too hot and there was no way to turn down the heating. This led to an incredibly uncomfortable night sleep
+ オーバーグラウンドの駅とバス停が至近距離にある他、何軒もスーパーが近くにあり、非常に便利なロケーション。スタッフもとても親切で、快適な滞在となりました。室内に電気ケトルはありませんが、滞在中は何度でもフロントでコーヒー、紅茶を入れてもらえました。滞在を延長するため2件の予約になり、MサイズのダブルルームからLサイズのダブルルームに移動しましたが、Mサイズの部屋は駅に面していて、電車の音が多少気になるものの、5階だったため見晴らしは良かったです。
- 移動先のLサイズの部屋は、窓から見えるのは隣のホテルで眺めは良くありませんでした。そしてこの部屋の洗面ボウルは小さいだけでなく、洗面用具置きがすぐ上にあり、洗顔しにくいものでした。

+ Great location, great helpful staff, great clean and well-maintained building, safe environment.
- I am 6ft tall and the bed was sufficient, but my feet touched the bottom wall, so I needed to sleep a little sideways to ensure a comfortable sleeping position. Maybe they could do something with fuller pillows so your head is higher then this would make up for the lack of spare length of bed. To be fair I did book a small double bed.

+ Dark room kept the morning light out. The location is in up and coming area of Hackney, which is undergoing a facelift so you have to bear with roadworks. Lots of shops and Broadway market nearby. Drink was expensive in local pubs.

+ good location, get what you pay for in terms of somewhere to sleep/shower etc. right next to Hackney Central station.
- Heater did not work, therefore freezing in the room, provided us with a small heater which would spark when on full setting and blow cold air after a few minutes. Bed not overly comfortable. Shower leaked.
