DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE!!!! Please go check the rooms first and do not pay in advance, they do not offer refunds if you're not satisfied with the room. We had BED BUGS in ours (see pic) and we left after 1 night but no refund even though we booked for 3 nights. The place is also disgusting and has seen better days. There was animal poop on the floor. The whole place stinks of sewage. And do not trust the good reviews, they offer tank tops at reception for good reviews.

Pretty poor experience here unfortunately, stayed in a dingy bungalow with terrible lighting and a smelly toilet. Our beds were riddled with bedbugs, and we didnt realise until after our stay as the bites take a little while to show up so we didnt have the opportunity to say anything to the staff. One night, rubbish was being burned outside (plastic, cans, cardboard... everything really), and the smoke was disgusting, easily getting into the room through the walls of the bungalow. The main chill out area was okay, but was spoiled a bit by the music. The place seemed quite unprofessionally run, with a couple of mistakes made taking food orders etc. The food was also very unremarkable for the price- better to get a tuk tuk into Kampot and eat there in my opinion. The location of the place on the river was quite scenic and nice but all of the points mentioned above quite ruined the experience. If you're looking for a private room around Kampot then there are plenty of nicer options around at a similar (if not lower) price.
