The photos do not represent the reality nowadays, the cleanliness is low, and the rooms are not well maintained. I appreciated good communication of the staff and easy access in late hours.

overall nice, the people are great. the room was pretty clean a little old, some mosquitos but that is common here. it was good! lots of space and i liked the stay. a 15 walk to old town and some restaurants near by. thank you!

very very nice owners! always helpful and up for a talk. the rooms could use a little more cleaning, but were not too bad either! One negative was that there is a pump on the roof that constanly goes on and off all the time, together with the very loud ac going on and off as well, made the room somewhat loud and not very relaxing. nothing that earplugs couldn't cancel out, so still a good experience!

Nice homestay in great location. Owner was very helpful with recommendations and luggage storage outside of check in. Room did smell damp and our clothes were slightly damp after leaving, and the shower pressure was poor. However for the price it was a good stay

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay here, the family were really soo nice and helpful, I got a lot of really good tips on where/what to eat. They have free bike rental and a water refill, which made everything so much easier. The homestay is near to some rice fields which was so nice especially with the free bikes. King, who is the son in the family really made our stay enjoyable here. Although I do have to mention that you do get what you pay for, it felt like the room had a damp damage.

kin is a very nice host. The homestay is near by the old town of Hoi An. We stayed two nights and is was very nice! Twin room.

The hosts were very welcoming and very helpful, giving us lots of recommendations for things to do and good places to eat! The free bicycles for rent was very nice as everything we wanted to do was within cycling distance.

I loved my stay here, easily one of my favourites in Vietnam! The hosts are lovely and helpful, rooms/bathrooms are clean, and the place has a calm atmosphere. Greatly appreciated the host suggesting we rent a motorbike for our day trip to Da Nang, he handled pickup and drop off so we were able to just go! Overall a great experience we otherwise wouldn’t have had.

We had a very nice time at An Hien. The host King was very helpful for us. He has two electric bikes/scooters that you can rent for quite cheap, so I definitely recommend renting those to get around if you are comfortable on a scooter

Host was extremely friendly and accomodating. Our tour ended late and was about to miss a show we'd booked - the host saved the day by quickly booking a Grab bike. Food was delicious - so try the restaurant if staying here. Location is quiet - near old town but without the chaos. Most highly recommend!

The room was big and nice, but the beds and the bathroom smelled a bit mouldy. The owner was really nice. A bit far away from the oldtown

We had a fantastic stay. The host went out of his way to be super friendly and accommodating. The location is quite nice, in a quiet area.

Lovely people running this homestay, nice place and very good price. Not far from the old town but a little bit quieter. The only thing was that there were lots of small ants in the room, but they didnt bother me too much so it was okay.

Great place to be close enough to old town (15-20 minute walk) but not in the middle of the most touristy sections. Lots of local food options nearby. Quiet, not really a social atmosphere, but great if you want an affordable private room as a base

Maison d’hôte avec chambre individuelle très confortable pour un prix bas. Points forts : famille très gentille, services proposés (lessive, aide pour les transports…), prêt de vélo gratuit. À savoir que c’est 20 min à pied du centre donc vélo très utile s’il fait chaud mais ça vous permet d’être dans un quartier moins touristique . Points moins positifs : un peu bruyant avec le frigo et la rue le matin, la poubelle pourrait être vidée pendant le séjour.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a private room and it was great! The shower took a little bit of time to warm up, but was great once it got kickstarted. It’s not directly in the centre, so was really quiet at night which we’d prefer. Having said that, it was only a short walk away from some main attractions, e.g. the main tailoring store street and a short Grab ride away from everything else. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, extremely friendly staff who gave us food recommendations, bit further away from the old town (a 20 minute walk) but they offer a free bike service which we loved. Definitely recommend!

Tout etait parfait. Les chambres sont propres et bien organisees. Le couple qui s’occupe de l’etablissement est le personnel le plus aimable que j’ai rencontré dans ma vie. Ils vous aideront et discuteront de tout si vous en avez envie. Ils ont aussi un excellent restaurant avec des spécialités vietnamiennes et européennes (pizza/pâtes etc) Bref tout est parfait !

A lovely stay ! The rooms were confortable and extremely clean. Very charming with the decoration, and the high ceilings. As it is between the old town and the beach it makes it perfectly easy to go to the first one by feet and to the second with a bike. Probably the place I’ve most liked in Vietnam. Also, they offered the best price you can find for a transfer to the airport. An extra for breakfast would make it perfect but there’s also some good places nearby to get one !
