Unfortunately, the room had mold on the walls and therefore smelled very unpleasant. After we informed the reception about the issue, we were given the option to either cancel the booking or pay a reduced price. Anyways the price was okay and the people were nice, we stayed for 1 night.

Wish there was hot water in the shower but otherwise this place was a pleasure overall.

Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Pool and room are very clean with good amenities. Good location only 15 minute walk to the night market. Can get laundry motorbike and bicycle rental from the property. Would definitely recommend !!!!

Clean room, clean pool. The staff was nice. Good location, around 10 minutes from the center. Haven’t tried the breakfast, it was written it was supposed to be included with the price but finally not. Overall everything was nice.

Lovely family room with comfortable beds. Gorgeous swimming pool which we used every day (pretty blue lights in it during the evening). Lady came to our room each evening to take breakfast choices (yummy pancakes/bread and jam, orange juice) and kindly allowed us to order some warm bread and jam at other times too. They did our laundry too. Short walk into Hoi An old town (visit the waterfront area at night too).
