Upon arrival, I was repeatedly pressured into buying tickets for various events. My room did not have toilet paper or towels in it when I got there. I could not open the front gate when I returned late at night because there was a secured latch at the bottom which was impossible for me to open from the outside (I had to hop over the wall). They then attempted to charge me for two waters from the minibar at checkout, when that was simply another thing they forgot to restock in the room.
- Falta de limpieza. Poco personal. Atención poco profesional. Habitaciones sucias. Las habitaciones no tenían ni gel de baño ni papel higiénico suficiente. El personal del hotel no respetaba la intimidad de los huéspedes aún poniendo el cartel de no molestar.

- On m a force presque a paye en liquide je voualis par carte par principe je l ai fait a l arrivée et lors dé mon départ le réceptionniste m a dit que je n avais pas payé.. vraiement pas terrible de plus le check ou était a 12h a 11h la femme de ménage est venu faire la chambre alors que toutes les affaires étaient encore dedans et j etais a la piscine je voulais prendre une douche donc la fin très décevant.. de plus je ne suis pas sur que le réceptionniste m a donné un reçu lui en avait un mais il ne le trouvait plus comme de par hazard

- Felt like staying in a scary house. The rooms are old and not well maintained, there's noise all night long from the roof in top of the noise from outside. When we came in the evening, the receptionist was sleeping on the ground or on the bench and on top didn't speak a word of English. Really weird experience
+ Had high expectations due to the reviews, the place was passable at best. Check in took 20+ minutes. Seemed like the people who run the hotel left their poor grandfather alone to run the Hotel without experience or any language skills, pretty sad.
- The room was on the main floor, very loud from chickens, roosters and dogs as early as 6 am outside and music from inside and outside the hotel even at 8/9 am. Could hear guests walking above. hard to get hot water in the shower too.
i showed up at 3, my room wasn't ready. she told me to wait 30 min. then, i showed up and the room was dirty, water everywhere, it still smelled like people were just in there. i could tell the room was just occupied- i told the woman, and she wiped it, that is all. the room was spacious, maybe it was because they were busy. not great though. the location is fine.
+ hotel non proprio centrale ma è molto facile raggiungere il centro a piedi o con un taxi.Le camere grandi e pulite,bel bagno,Lapiscina un po trascurata e all'ombra,bello il posticino per sedersi e riposare a fianco.La colazione costa veramente poco ma un po carente
- migliorare la colazione e la piscina
+ Soweit ganz gut. Inhaber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer im EG leider sehr hellhörig und dunkel. Matratzen müssten mal erneuert werden. Sonst alles gut soweit.
+ Super nette Mitarbeiter und tolle Lage !
- An manchen Stellen etwas runter gewohnt und könnte etwas sauberer sein.
+ Mr.Son 은 정말이지 친절하고 부지런 했습니다 언제든 부탁을 들어주었고 그냥 유럽인들처럼 동남아 에 온거다라는 것을 느끼려면 이호텔 을 찾으면 됩니다 저는 가격을 좀 비싸게 준거 같은데 20,usd 이하 가격이라면 추천
- 시설이 너무 오래되고 수압이 약했습니다 모기도 좀 많은 편이고요 청결은 좀 취악했고요

Lovely helpful staff, we extended our stay, generous breakfast,very pleasant setting A little too far from the city centre and the beach but free bikes and scooter rental available On scooter 10 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the beach
+ This is the best villa I’ve ever stayed at! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The villa manager is a very attentive and caring person! The breakfasts are delicious and healthy. It’s quiet and peaceful! I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Wishing you all the best!

+ It is in a quiet neighbourhood but not too far from old town.
- Nothing to complain.
+ Son was really friendly, and the breakfast was great. Spacy rooms very nice bathroom. The pool is perfect to freshen up a bit. It was a 20 minute walk to the old town, or you could take a grab. The hotel is located in a calm neigboirhood which we also appreciated.

+ Nach Ankunft haben wir uns spontan dazu entschlossen, unsere Rest-Urlaubstage hier zu verbringen. Eine kleine Oase und der freundlichste Hotelbetreiber!!!! Wir wollten gar nicht fort…. Liegt inmitten eines Wohngebietes, aber Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
- Alles bestens
After arriving we spontaneously decided to spend our Rest-Holiday here. a little oasis and the friendliest Hotelbetreiber!!!! we didn't want to go for.... lies in the middle of a residential area, but Restaurants are well within walking distance.

+ 本当にゆっくりとした時間をすごすことができました。旧市街とクアダイビーチの中間くらいに位置し、どちらにも行きやすいと思います。
- しいてあげるなら、無料のレンタルサイクリはブレーキが効かないものもあって、しっかり試乗して選ばないと怖い目に会うかもしれません。

+ People there are really king and help full, I had nice time in this hotel. Mr. Son was very welcoming and attentive. The place is calm and clean! I LL sleep there again !
