+ It was fine, pleasant river view from top floor

- Booked two bedrooms, two bathroom and balcony - but were given a single room on the third floor. Long, hot hike back upstairs if you forgot anything, and absolutely not what we booked Eaves of our room were open to daylight, effectively staying in an aviary with families of birds roosting 2m from our bed, heard every rooster and passing karaoke boat Location isn’t particularly convenient. We moved from here to somewhere far nicer for the same price, double check the location Pretty odd about meals. We got firmly reprimanded for arriving to breakfast at 9.30am and told it would be ok today but please come earlier next time. Tried to get lunch and evening meals a couple of times with no luck Owners used booking.com as an excuse not to resolve wrong room

+ The location is quit a walk away from the old city and activities. Quiet

- The location is a bit too far away especially if you don't ride a bike. The bathroom is grimy and not ventilated - smelled dampness and the toilet papers were damp. We found a centipede on the floor in the bathroom - it was a bit shock especially when you were bare foot in the room

+ Het was een fijne accomodatie, de kamer was erg ruim en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was ook goed.

- Het is wat verder weg vanaf Old Town. Dit was voor ons geen probleem. Er waren ook leenfietsen beschikbaar.

+ Nice family rooms in a beautiful quiet garden setting and a swimmingpool to escape from the heat. Friendly staff available for tips and questions. Bikes for lend to cycle to the center.

+ Location- close enough to walk to the centre of town but away from the noise- on the river - plenty of good restaurants with 200 metres.

+ Tres bon accueil et aide du personnel. Chambres tres agréables et bon petit-dejeuner. Hotel bien placé pres de la riviere.

- Les lits simples n etaient pas de bonne qualites. L'hotel sera bruyant lorsque le pont qui se construit sera fini.

+ Le personnel gentil et très disponible et le petit déjeuner. Les vélos à disposition et tout le monde parle anglais.

- Manque un peu insonorisation le matin.

+ Lovely place next to the river, out of HoiAn but a nice walk. Peaceful. Lovely breakfast. Really friendly, helpful staff. Nice rooms, well done out, next to pool, lots of greenery.

- Shower and toilets for some rooms were almost outside which meant there could have been lots of mosquitos

+ Location is excellent, staff friendly & helpful, breakfast great, rooms large and airy. Offering of bikes was a bonus

+ The rooms were like an apartment, the staff was amazing, location was close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet and intimate. Felt like home.

+ Nous avons tout aimé. La grandeur de la chambre, 2 sdb, grand lit confortable, salon. Le personnel souriant et serviable. Le déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et excellent un des meilleurs au Vietnam. Le jardin avec des orchidees de toutes sorted, vraiment enchanteur. Le bord de la rivière qui nous amène a la vieille ville, super agréable . Merveilleux endroit et a un bon prix.

+ The location was just perfect for us. Close enough to walk to old town and many good restaurants, but far enough to enjoy the quiet and pleasant surroundings of the property.

+ Séjour absolument parfait ! Un rapport qualité prix au top. Accueil très sympathique, chambre parfaite pour une famille ( communicante). La literie est de très bonne qualité. La situation de l’hôtel est idéale , à 15 min de la vieille ville à vélos ( mis à disposition gratuitement) . A l’écart du bruit mais dans une rue où ils y’a pleins de délicieux restaurants vue sur la rivière , magnifique!!! Et leur petit déjeuner est délicieux ! Nous gardons cette adresse précieusement . Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !
