De An Hotel

- Das Frühstück war unsere Meinung nach nicht wirklich genießbar. Das frische ommlette und die Nudelsuppe waren OK. Der Rest leider nicht.

+ Die Unterkunft ist schön. Leihfahrräder sind toll. Der Fussweg in die Fussgängerzone ist in 15 Minuten machbar.

- Wir waren vor 14 Monaten schon mal im Little Gem und es war um Welten besser. Ein Café Latte beim Frühstück muss separat bezahlt werden und man wird jedesmal explizit darauf hingewiesen. Das Frühstück ist immer dasselbe. Die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, da die Englischkenntnisse nicht sehr gut waren. Die Leihfahrräder sind toll, aber in einem schlechten Zustand. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für uns nicht mehr. Man findet bessere Unterkünfte.

+ Decor of the hotel is very nice, comfortable rooms, spacious. Lots of options at breakfast. Daisy was amazing.

- Very noisy due to open plan layout of the hotel - if you are on a low floor you can hear cutlery / plates / breakfast set up from 6am in the morning and guests moving throughout the hotel. Photos of the riverside outside the property are misleading, it’s just off a big main road. Location is a little out of town (15 min walk) and more peaceful, during the summer months it wouldn’t be pleasant in the heat so something to be mindful of if travelling during this time.

+ -Staff were very helpful and friendly - The pool area was lovely and relaxing - Location was not too far from the town walkable in 15 minutes -The beds were very comfortable

- -Overall the bedroom and the bathroom were a bit tired and showing their age - Breakfast could have more variety

+ Lage ist sehr gut. Frühstück war okay, hatten im Vietnam schon bessere. Nach 9 Uhr war vieles leer & wurde nur auf Nachfrage oder gar nicht aufgefüllt. Die 10min Fußmassage die for free als Geschenk dazu geschenkt wurde war nicht besonders gut, kann mir aber vorstellen, das viele Menschen das so mögen. Das Personal ist bemüht, sprechen aber kaum englisch, was das Verständigen erschwert. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Flughafen.

- Räder sind bisschen klapprig & bremsen teils nicht mehr so gut. Das Badezimmer hat bisschen dreckig gewirkt (Fließen, Boden). Manche Fließen waren gesprungen. Gym ist okay aber bisschen klein & im Keller, nicht besonders geeignet für größere Work-outs. Würden hier nicht nochmal übernachten. Preis-Leistung war overall aber ok.

+ Location is quite good, room are clean and tidy. Service and staff are nice and helpful.

+ The BF was small but I don't need huge variety; there's also an eggs station and a good yoghurt section

- The pillows were too soft and the bath amenities (bath gel) were insufficient so we simply used our own

+ Hotel curato nell’arredamento in ogni suo spazio e situato in una zona poco fuori dal centro di Hoi An, raggiungibile a piedi oppure con la bicicletta fornita dalla struttura. Alla reception abbiamo trovato Giselle la quale ci ha dato utili suggerimenti e ci ha sempre accolto con il sorriso per tutto il nostro soggiorno. A colazione invece Lili si è presa cura di noi, soddisfando le nostre richieste di piatti a base vegetale.

- Una mattina, durante la colazione, una ragazza dello staff ci ha domandato come stava andando il nostro soggiorno presso l’hotel e ci ha portato un QR code da inquadrare per fare una recensione. Avrei gradito che la richiesta fosse posta in un altro momento, inoltre mi sono sentita in obbligo di dare nell’immediato un feedback in quanto lei è rimasta in attesa di vedere che la recensione fosse resa pubblicata.

+ La décoration est très soignée, la piscine offre une vue très sympa !La chambre est spacieuse! Le prix est très correct au regard de la qualité des services La chambre est extrêmement propre et calme Petit plus qui font toujours plaisir : l’eau en bouteille à volonté , le massage des pieds et la mise à disposition des vélos sont offerts!!

+ Staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and welcoming. Chloe took the time to chat with us at breakfast and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast included was incredible with such a variety to choose from. Location is great, just a 20 minute walk into the Old Town.

+ Such friendly staff!!! The friendliness and positive energy really made every day at the hotel an absolute pleasure. 10/10

+ Very nice staff that speaks fluent English. Nice rooftop pool. Room is very clean. 10min foot massage included. One taxi trip to Da Nang included when you check out.

- Only complaint is the location, it is ~15min walk or 3min taxi from Hoi An old city. Located in a not-so-clean neighborhood.

+ Can not rate highly enough. We loved it. Everything just works. It’s really well designed, staff are great and the beds extremely comfortable. Spa was excellent as well - look for their specials.

+ Great location, easy to get into the old town. Staff were lovely and made us feel really welcome. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms, super comfortable beds and very clean. Breakfast was good each day, pool area was a good size and had good views.

+ The room was immaculate and greeted you with a lovely scent as soon as you walked in. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooftop pool was a definite highlight, and the breakfast truly stood out.

+ We loved this friendly and very comfortable boutique hotel. Great staff, VERY comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, quiet refreshing pool, and terrific spa. Amazing value - massage at US$17, Facial US$21. Location convenient just 5-8 min ride to ancient town.

- Afternoon tea was ordinary.

+ Rooms were very comfortable and quiet, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety of different cuisines to cater for all nationalities.

- It is a good walk into the main area of Hoi An. Do able but probably a bit far for kids to walk especially in the heat.
