Emirhan inn Apart Hotel

+ Location

- Deluxe room very small, staircase to get to it dangerous, breakfast was adequate at best, sheets and towels were clean but stained and well worn. Sea view was a joke, we looked out over garbage pile

- The hotel was very dirty. There was hair from the previous guests on the bed, floor and also in the bathroom. The towels was dirty too. The fridge was noisy. The room was very tiny. Even for 1 night I would not recommend this hotel.

- everything! i had asked them 6 months before if they can check me in earlier, they accepted so i booked, and that didn't happen. i asked help for transport no one assists on whatsapp. the room had water licking issues. really bad conditions, i was not assisted. the staff is really rude, not responsive or helpful. i also asked to refund so i could go to different hotel since they dont want to assist me, they didn't agree so i was forced to stay full 7 days. i also escalated the issue to booking.com but didn't get any resolution. walls with dirt marks, steps so small i could fall. at the end i accepted the situation and stayed there. i recommend booking.com to remove this hotel from your site. basically its not a hotel, its a 3 floor house they tried to turn into hotel. bathroom i think they builded inside the room, it has no space and very uncomfortable, the cupboard is small and has fridge, no space to put my bags, no space to walk comfortable, bathroom door bangs the cupboard, that bangs my bags, have to put my things all the time on the bed to get some space to walk! the windows are not fixed, theres space on top. its terrible.

+ Total waste of money - completely different as in pictures! AVOID!!!!!!!

- Completely different in real life that on pictures - very, very old, dirty. Total waste of money, Terrace very dirty. Rooms are very, very small, AC does not work properly. Very bad breakfast. WASTE OF MONEY.

- Tout ...malheureusement je suis arrivée le gérant n était pas présent ensuite la chambre était sale avec des vieux tapis et une odeur insupportable..l emplacement cache et mal fréquente...j avais qu une hâte c était de quitter ce lieu, d ailleurs nous avons pas pris le petit déjeuner que nous avions pourtant réglé et pris la poudre d escampette ...

- La struttura non è come nelle foto che ci sono su Booking, camera angusta e veramente troppo piccola. Ha bisogno di un grande rinnovamento. Colazione da dimenticare.

Booking a confirmé que le propriétaire trafique les avis pour masquer la réalité - 🏚️ Rien à voir avec les photos sur Booking : chambre délabrée, toit craquelé prêt à s'effondrer. - 🚿 Pas d'eau courante et l'isolation est inexistante. - 🍳 Pas de petit-déjeuner comme promis. - ❌ Le propriétaire a annulé notre réservation à notre arrivée, sûrement pour éviter de payer les frais Booking. - 🤬 Attitude insultante et irrespectueuse du responsable. 🔎 Après enquête, on n'est pas les seuls à s’être fait arnaquer ici. Booking devrait retirer cet hôtel de sa plateforme.

- We checked in late and we messaged them stating we will be arriving late but nobody was there at the reception. We have tried calling them multiple times and rang the bell and nobody answered the call. Later someone came and opened the door for us and gave the keys , he didn’t came with us to show the rooms, we somehow figured ourselves ..when we reached our room , AC was not working, we rang him again and he did something but still it was not working. We asked for a bottle of water but he said there is no water in the hotel , then he said it is available in the market. He gave us keys for the front door of the hotel and we tried opening it , but it was a very old key lock and we couldn’t open it. We called him again to ask help, he behaved so rude to us, opened the door and banged the door on our face. It is really unsafe place to stay with zero hospitality and zero basic manners. All the good reviews here are paid ones from the locals. If you book this hotel you will definitely regret it. The manager/receptionist of this hotel no words to explain his attitude. He treats people as if we are getting something for free from them. Absolutely overpriced hotel. We booked this hotel for 2 days, we reached hotel 12:15 am in night and we had nowhere to go so we stayed there until 7 AM took our bags and ran from there. Foreigners, it is an absolutely unsafe place. We have raised a complaint with booking.com that night itself, when booking.com contacted the hotel they said nothing happened and we didn't check in and we were a no show. We have video proofs staying in that hotel and even though we lost our money we want no one to face these hardships by booking this hotel. This might be 1 in 1000 review you get for your hotel but for us this spoiled our entire day. Lies won’t stand forever and you owe us at least an apology rather than lies.

- - Etablissement sale (leur chat roux met des poils sur toutes les chaises et tables du petit dej) - Petit déjeuner ridicule et sans choix, d'ailleurs faites attention, outre le stockage à + de 30degrés, les dates de péremption sont largement dépassées (visible sur coquille) - A demandé un règlement à l'arrivée alors que déjà payé par booking, - Bloque les mauvais commentaires en annulant les résas courtes booking (voir autres platformes de notations) et empêchant donc les courts séjours de noter. - Ne donne pas de facture acquittée, je me bats donc avec booking aujourd'hui qui refuse de rembourser le doublon, malgré les tickets CB ET relevés bancaires transmis à booking heureusement que le reste du séjour et des hôtels étaient parfaits / pays accueillant et vraiment très beau

+ Location.

- The breakfast was a bit limited. Nevertheless, it was good enough. The room lighting was not enough - no desk lamp, only 1 light up in the centre.

+ The rooms are actually quite comfortable and serviceable for a short stay, the cleanliness is great, the staff are on hand and helpful every time. The location is fantastic!!

- The wifi can be a bit droppy, and the pictures on the advert are a bit misleading- there was building work/demolition across the road which really does spoil the atmosphere, because you're left looking at heaps of rubble and trash. Totally beyond the owners control, but it is there and does really clash with the images in the advert. It really is a nice place to stay, and the location is SO GREAT. The breakfast is a bit basic, really like a light salad... international guests might have just preferred a self-serve continental breakfast option.

+ Дуже сподобався готель. Гарне розташований, поряд усі визначні місця, є маленькі магазинчики і кафе. Дуже привітний персонал, смачний сніданок. Кімната в готелі невелика, але дуже затишна і чиста. З вікна кімнати видно було Мармурове море. Поряд зупинка трамвая. Я відпочивала у середині квітня, батарея була гаряча, тому в номері було тепло.

+ Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war typisch regional. Eierspeisen und Kaffee wurde nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Sehr zentrale Lager in der Altstadt von Istanbul. Charmante und charakterliche Häuser in der direkten Umgebung die man wunderbar von der Dachterrasse aus beobachten kann.

- Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und an der ein oder anderen Stelle auch renovierungsbedürftig.

+ Buena ubicación, solamente que había mucho escombro frente al hotel al parecer por renovaciones del edificio de frente.

- Tuvimos que estar solicitando agua y papel de baño, sólo nos limpiaron 1 vez la habitación porque teníamos que dejar abierto y sólo una vez vimos a la persona de limpieza. Uno de los días no estuvo listo el desayuno temprano y no lo tomamos porque tuvimos que salir y el último día nos dieron un sólo omelet para dos personas en lugar de uno para cada persona.

- Изключително малка стая.Отваряш вратата и си буквално в леглото.Тясно и неудобно.Стаята беше на последния етаж,много топла,климатикът беше точно над главите ни.Прозорецът почти не се отваряше,леглото опираше в него.

+ La ubicación es ideal, en la zona histórica a un paso de todo :las mesquita azul,.el palacio, etc. La atención: nos.preparararon desayuno para llevar al aeropuerto a las 5;00am. Cama cómoda.

- La habitación era linda pero demasiado pequeña , 9 mts.,en la página decía 15 mts. No entrabamos

+ La localisation

- On nous a changé de chambre alors que ce n etais pas prevu. Nous étions 2 et ils nous ont dit votre chambre est pour 3, quatres jours après notre arrivée pour y mettre 2 personnes incompréhension totale. Salle de bain humide, battant wc qui ne tient pas et problème de fuite.

+ A localização é excelente, a 5 minutos andando do hipódromo de Constantinopla e das principais mesquitas. Os atendentes são simpáticos e prestativos.

- O quarto é completamente diferente das fotos publicadas no Booking. Muito menor do que parece. Logo que entramos sentimos um forte cheiro de esgoto vindo do banheiro que tomava o quarto. As toalhas cedidas estavam rasgadas de velhas. A acomodação no geral é um tanto precária.

+ El personal, molt amable i atent. Disposats a ajudar en tot I sempre!

- Érem 3 i l'habitació era una mica petita.
