It is a chest of drawers, it has no windows, you have to leave the door open for the air to flow and the doors face the bar where people are talking, unfortunate, the worst experience I had in 10 years
Only open toilet and shower stalls meaning your seven roommates can hear everything. Sinks are inside of the shared bedroom. Nowhere to hang towels (Valencia is a beach city what do you expect?). Nowhere to hang/store clothes. Wifi doesn’t work great. Music from reception/cooking area playing from early till late.
Didn’t love this place. The space was cute but small. The dorm was cramped and had no windows at all, nor did the bathroom, so there was like no ventilation. The sinks were in the dorm room which was loud sometimes, and the showers and toilets all in one room were kinda awkward and also consistently damp. The AC barely worked, and only was on for a few hours at night so it was sweltering. I went out to the common space because I was too hot and couldn’t sleep, and a cockroach ran up my leg!!...
Cheap, metal-frame bunk beds. Spent 4 nights and you could feel every movement of the other bunkmate. Horrible sleep as a result, can't recommend. Also not much atmosphere for solo travelers - majority of group travelers here. 30-minute walk from city center as well. Can't recommend.
10 bed dorm quite cramped and no windows or circulation in the room, gets very hot in summer
It’s a small hostel, the shared area is fairly nice, but the room (or at least the room I was in) didn’t have a window so it was naturally quite stuffy and the temperature was constantly changing as they used AC, luckily I didn’t stay here in the summer. The hostel workers were friendly, but many were young volunteers with no customer service experience and didn’t understand some of the hostel rules or personal space.
Everything was good except for the rules. Since reception leaves at 9pm no one followed the rules as no sound/ light in the room and common area within the given time zone. I had very early train in the morning and had to warn people in the room multiple times so that I can sleep.
The staff were friendly and spoke English which was helpful. I picked the 4 beds female only. It was located right in the common area so when you stepped out people were gathered around the table right in front of my door which was not ideal. It’s not well isolated either so I could hear them talk all night. The AC only turned on at 8pm so during the day it was boiling and at night too cold. Also, during the day I came back to my room twice and the door was left wide open by the staff
AC with timer which cant be turned on. I am disappointed I ignored the reviews and taught they might be exegerating about the heat. It is a nightmare once the AC gets off with timer. Basically you have from 8pm to 8 am to sleep, after that forget it you will not manage heat. Mattress and pillows are very thin and uncomfortable making your sleep even worse
Main problem was the heat and that the ac in the room is only turned on 8pm-8am, which ment that it was unbearably warm during the morning/day. The second thing is cleanliness, the staff just mainly changes the sheets and you can tell that the common area and other parts of the room are not cleaned very often. There was also mold in the roof of the showers. Other than that the staff was friendly and the hostel had a nice vibe in the common area.

Some staff are really nice and helpful, the guy from Chile who works there creates unnecessary problems and is unhelpful. If you ask him for help, he won’t help you and will treat you like you’re annoying him for even asking. He will make up rules, like that there is no lost and found (there is). If you wait for any other staff member to start their shift and you repeat the same exact question, it’s no problem and they’ll help you right away like you would have expected in any new place...
Great place very lovely staff
The hostel looks great and very clean. The open, cozy common area makes it easy to meet people and because it’s small it feels more personal, though that also means fewer people you might really click with. A few small and only downsides: - No outdoor space - Hardly any fresh air in the bedrooms (during night) - Beds are quite hard and the pillows could be better - Sinks in the rooms mean you have to turn the bright light on while others may be sleeping
Super cute common space, the location was great, it was quiet at night so good for sleeping but everyone was very friendly! Would def recommend:)
This was a beautiful refuge from the chaos of fallas! Honestly, this is the gold standard for hostels. Beds are kinda thin, but I have no other complaints. Hope to be back
Super entspannte Atmosphäre und perfekt um neue Leute kennenzulernen.
Its a lovely space! Feels like staying in a big shared flat and it is easy to connect with people. The Kitchen is really nice and everything is clean. I would come back!
This was my first hostel experience and I loved it! The staff was amazing and very helpful. I didn’t love that the bathroom sinks and hairdryer were in the rooms because I felt like I had to be very quiet out of respect for everyone else but it wasn’t a big deal. Rooms were clean and I loved that the beds had an attached light and an outlet. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully come back one day.
Everything was great :)
Was my second time at this hostel - this time for the marathon. I love this place and will stay here again if I'm blessed enough to be back in Valencia someday. Amazing social area, clean rooms, showers with hot water that actually work. My only suggestion (small nit) would be for the hostel to consider making ice available in the common fridge.
If you are Looking for a hostel with family-character, thats the place to be. Super friendly staff! Loved it here!
A very cozy and open hostel.
Fijn hostel met vriendelijk personeel. Alleen de geur was wat minder, het rook erg naar riolering. Verder was alles wel schoon.
Cute, clean hostel but a normal duvet instead of a thin, old fleece blanket would be nice. Rooms are not ventilated and don't have windows. Staff is super nice but were a little too loud in the common room in the evening. Location is great and shower was really good!
Bequemes Bett. Die Basics (v.a. Sauberkeit) sind auch prima erfüllt. Also wirklich gerne wieder.

lovely hostel, lovely staff, lovely atmosphere!!! When I return to Valencia in the future I will absolutely stay here again
Would be nice to have more and complete toilets with washbasin, shower and shampoo, not right next to the beds. Cleanliness could improve too (toilets, washbasin pipes, under the mattress). Maybe automatic lights for the rooms? it would save electricity and solve the issue of people leaving them on. I think that the ambience could improve, or maybe I'm just not the type of guest they try to target. Beds are very comfortable, with a shelf, lamp and curtain. The location was great, next to Ruzafa.
Overall good hostel with a well-equipped kitchen and located close to the Centre and markets. Could be a cleaner in the showers and dorms, found much hair on the floor and shower everyday. They have their own WhatsApp group with tips and communication between the visitors to link up on activities, locker for your bags and possible to leave bag after checkout if needed. The rooms went like a sauna in the morning because of the AC turned off automatically early.
I had a great time here, the communal areas are very homely and the staff were friendly!
