OSTELO Mumbai Airport Hostel

Cozy and very friendly community here. Nice fully functional kitchen that we can use, which also serves as a social gathering place. The front desk manager was one of the most kind and helpful I’ve ever come across. Nothing special about the location, but it’s very practical being within walking distance to the airport and the metro.

Nice accommodation, the street leading to the place is difficult for cabs to get into.

There was a water shortage and toilet paper was not replenished. Women's dorm is loud with music and it is cramped with constantly new guests.

Nice rooms, clean bathrooms, even a kitchen is available. And the staff is super kind!

We didn’t stay here finally. The property did not serve as per the booking made. They gave our booked beds in the Mixed Dorms to someone else and asked us to adjust divided across three sections. Bad management in terms of booking. We had to hunt for a place to say at 3am!

This hostel is not at the airport, you have to walk 20 minutes to get there - and the walk is through some sketchy areas with lots of aggressive dogs :(( The staff was nice, but their english gave quite a bit trouble communicating. There is a long sign in process and you have to pay for on arrival. Hot showers though! The beds were big, but the linen was with holes and a bit dirty ://

Handy if you’re staying for the airport. Bed are a little small for a taller person however and staff don’t speak much English at all. Hard to communicate to.

Das Personal war sehr sehr herzlich und nett und immer hilfsbereit. Coole Leute. Alex mega nett und Akash auch mega nett. Die Dame an der Rezeption auch mega nett. Nandini and Shaam Are the Beat people there.

Policies for guest and policies for Resident owner/ Manager(s) are different. They can wear outside shoes or slippers in the inside of the property. They can eat in any place but restriction imposed for the guests. No lock and key facilities are there. Your property is in your own risk. Location is inside of industrial area, filthy and not accessible for car or vehicle.

Overall had a really poor experience here with an other guest. And there was no regard to people sleeping, with lights and phone calls still going on at midnight. Property is super close to the airport. Bed was surprisingly very comfy and showers decent.

rude and illiterate staff especially the owner and his wife. dont know how to treat guests at all. if you wantwant to live amongst low quality people while on your vacation to mumbai.

Great place to stay with friendly staff and people. Overall clean, comfy bed and a personal fan provided in an AC room. Has good locker facilities near bed for valuables and under bed locker for luggage. I stayed here for one night. I would stay here again when I visit Mumbai.
