Toc Hostel Madrid

After staying in many other hostels I can say for sure that I do not recommend this one (at least the dorms). The bed I slept in had bedbugs - i left after 1 night. When I arrived the bed was not made and had someone else’s stuff. I could not get a different bed, they just took the stuff away and added a sheet: it smelled bad still. Mixed dorms have shower facilities that barely offer any privacy from the other guests in the room and one of the other guests drunkly peed in it. No refund offered.

Worst hostel I have ever stayed. I got 15 bed bugs everyday. When I told them, the front desk girl was like, “it’s wired. Are you sure it’s not from your clothes?”. Hehe, she gave me this attitude. I really felt I paid the money to get bed bites there. It is unbearable. I could not sleep at all. In my last night, they changed my bed, I moved from 1st floor mixed dorm to all female dorm. I did not get bug bites that nice. It was peaceful only 1 night out of 5 nights. I really don’t recommend. Some beds are seriously infected. Also the bathroom water goes down very slow. It gets messy when you take shower. I gave other hostels always 9-10. This was a serious bad experience for me.
