Hotel La Reine

Nothing The hotel has bedbugs. I booked one night to get some sleep before my trip, but I didn't get a single hour. The hotel didn't provide any alternatives. There were no other available rooms in the city, so my night was ruined. The hotel must remain closed until all necessary sanitation work is completed. Complaints have been filed with the Dutch Consumer and Market Regulatory Authority (ACM) and the NVWA (Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit).

The location We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with my family, and sadly, our experience was very bad. During our stay, our towels and bed sheets were never changed, the bathroom bin was not emptied, and they did not even leave us toilet paper. The rooms were also very dark. We never saw the cleaning staff or anyone from the hotel service, so we could not report these problems. At night, we started feeling very itchy while sleeping. After a few days, we had bites all over our bodies. The itching was so bad that we had a strong allergic reaction and had to go to the emergency room for treatment. This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience for our whole family. We do not recommend this hotel. The lack of cleanliness and the possible bed bug problem are completely unacceptable.

La réceptionniste sympathique et l'emplacement , le micro onde a disposition a l'accueil Le fait d'avoir pu quitter a midi Suspicion de punaise de lit, fenêtre condamné, hygiène très très limite , alarme incendie et intervention des pompiers en pleine nuit a cause d'un couple de fumeur ,personne n'était présent pour encadrer l'évacuation de l'hôtel.... Café de la réception indigeste... Distributeur de boisson a des prix scandaleux , froid glacial dans la chambre et pas de chauffage en plein hiver... Lit séparé et couette séparé pour un couple... Chambre livré en retard (justifiable car 1er janvier)

Nating good morning unfortunately it was the worst hotel I could ever stay in I want to tell you for all who go to this hotel to know that it has bedbugs I stayed until 7 in the morning with my wife I was sleeping on a chair after the bedbugs bit me and my wife I was exhausted the rest of the day after 00.30 the area was full of bedbugs and on the bed and on the walls we should have thrown away all the clothes that were on us after we left there I do not recommend it in any way and I do not want anyone to go through what my wife and I went through shame on you hotel rine

The property is not as well-maintained due to bed bugs, mould and cleanliness. I'm seeking medical attention for my sister, daughter, and myself after being bitten by bed bugs. Proof of bed bug bites attached. IIt was discoloured and dirty. As a visitor, I had to keep the room tidy during our visit. There was no one on site to help with any emergencies until 2:00 pm. There was no light in the shower area, and there was mildew in it.
