BEWARE OF THE BED BUGS, my eye and body got swollen so bad…..

Overall it was acceptable but we found bed bugs everywhere!!

El hostel en sí es lindo y los chicos de recepción te atienden bien. Pero llegué en agosto y : el aire acondicionado de mi cuarto no anda (ni lo arreglaron), pedí una habitación mixta en la que soy la única mujer y más joven (por 10 años de diferencia!! 5/6 eran hombres + 40 ) y cuando pedí cambio me lo negaron (siendo que había lugar). Nunca dormí tranquila . Me picaron chinches 🫠 Además la habitación tiene olor a cigarrillo y me abrieron la mochila. Hermoso edificio, no volvería nunca

My partner and I were not in the same room after being reassured we would be and then were treated rudely. We showed them our reservation ahead of time to ensure we would be together, and then when checking in they brushed us off. Mixed dorms are way nicer than female doors. Bathrooms had mold, one of them only had 1 shower door instead of 2. No curtains for beds. Partner found a bed bug on her bed. Air conditioning in partners room had mold growing around it and liquid leaking into walls.

Bed bugs!!!! Staff didn’t seem to care much but they refunded me. Had to spend most of the day dealing with it and finding somewhere else to stay. Also only 4 lockers for a 6 bed room…weird and annoying.
