Horrible , on a vu des punaises de lit dans notre chambre , nous avons donc demandé à l’auberge à 8 heure le matin de faire quelque chose , le soir à 21 h rien n’avait été fait , on est redescendu à la réception pour demander des draps , ils nous ont dit qu’ils seraient là dans 30 minutes ils ne sont jamais venus , puis nous décidons donc de quitter la chambre et d’attendre que le réceptionniste arrive , car il n’était pas à l’accueil de 22 h à 00 h , puis au final nous avons dû nous répartir dans des chambres d’autres personnes de notre lycée car personne n’était capable de nous aider . Problèmes de salle de bains également ( fuites , douches qui ne ferment pas , lavabo bouchés etc)

des punaise de lit ont été retrouvées dans les chambres, nous avons prévenu le réceptionniste qui, ayant dis qu'il allait s'en occuper mais n'est jamais revenu, d'après eux la solution au problème est de simplement changée les draps. niveau restauration, arrivée au petit déjeuner à 7h45 et plus de 20 minutes d'attente pour remplir la nourriture. et pour les douches, éviers bouchés, douches sales et moisissure

By far the worst hostel experience I’ve had in years. I couldn’t sleep a wink due to insect bites (possibly bedbugs) and the nonstop, intense coughing of the guest in the bed next to mine, who appeared seriously ill (Covid or tuberculosis). The rooms’ furniture and the corridor floors were dirty and littered with trash. The shared bathroom had water flowing everywhere with no cleaning done, and the toilets were extremely dirty (see photos). Only consider staying here if you’re looking for an “adventure” rather than a calm, restful night. Staying at this hostel is clearly not worth your money or your time.

Encontré "bed bugs" la última noche en mi cama y estoy llena de picaduras. La limpieza de la habitación no era la mejor.

Hostel has bedbugs second floor is contaminated

Mon sac et mes affaires ont été infestées de punaises de lit : en une nuit, j'ai été couverte de piqures qui m'ont laissé des cicatrices. j'ai mis plus d'un mois à me débarrasser des punaises et je pense en avoir amené chez moi.

Horrible. Punaises de lit dans les chambres, certaines portes ne se ferment pas et la sécurité de cet établissement laisse à désirer… A fuir !!!!!!!

Separate bathroom, often busy in the evenings, not a very social atmosphere

Let’s start with the positives: location is good, right next to the underground station. There is a supermarket downstairs open 24 hours which is convenient. Breakfast was great and internet was working well. Storage under the beds was ample. Now the not so positives: Rooms are small and overpriced. The bed is comfortable, however, there were bed bugs in my bed. I told reception, they checked, they couldn’t find anything and asked for the bedsheets and duvet cover to be changed. Showers were small and not working well (I got scalded and I was unable to regulate the temperature). If you want a padlock or renting a towel you have to pay for it. I paid 227€ for 3 nights in a 4-bed dormitory with bed bugs, not a great experience I have to say! Edit: Who in my review mentioned a refund? But that's the managers trying to excuse themselves for having bed bugs.
