+ Hostel itself is ok.
- Rude disgusting disrespecting dutch staff, with education of the butt in that entrance of the ghetto, kids who entertain first themselves, for dutch who is “he told new”: on my 2 simple questions answered: i do not know :D in hotel he would be with this attitude out before the end of the shift, no, to work in a hostel is not enough to be just traveller. They smoke outside in front of the main door 24/7. They have welcome drink, nobody will invite u for this. Wifi sucks, even A1 sucks! So i have my own internet even this one in this buliding is not working. I found other place as i needed hostelin like one more week.
- При чекине мне просто сказали что не могут поселить меня с моим сыном 14 лет в общую комнату на 6 чел. И попросили отменить бронирование. Фактически выкинули нас на улицу - предложив самим поискать другое жилье

- Too expensive 100€ for hostel ,Portuguese guy at the bar is so arrogant
- La mia prenotazione è stata inspiegabilmente cancellata. Non ero stata avvisata. Arrivata la sera come alternativa mi è stato offerto un letto in una camera a sei letti al posto della camera singola che avevo prenotato. È stata un’esperienza terribile.

+ Eloigné de tout, situé dans quartier très mal famé avec ivrognes qui font beaucoup de bruit, ça faisait très peur la journée comme le soir! Chambre sale et la douche horrible, pleine de moisissures (voir photos). On a demandé au patron pour changer de chambre et nettoyer mais il n'a rien fait, au contraire, très désagréable. Fuyez!
- A fuir absolument, en plus personnel désagréable

- На утро проснулась покусанная, 3 укуса, два из которых на лице, скорее всего это клопы, мое тело всегда реагирует плохо на укусы клопов, места укуса опухают и чешутся, это не первый раз когда меня кусают поэтому я уверена что это клопы. Будьте острожны! Также плесень в душевой, хотя это меньшее из зол.

It was the most dirty hostel that ı've ever stayed. I saw so many hairs in the bed. I'm sure that they didn't change the sheets.Thank god,ıt was only one night.
Very good hostel check in was easy with Mylene and carlos was very friendly with check out
Auberge de jeunesse classique à Vienne, avec un prix abordable et des chambres ainsi que des espaces communs très propres. L’emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre, mais reste correct. Le personnel est vraiment arrangeant. Lors de notre arrivée, une coupure de courant a retardé l’enregistrement, mais ils ont fait un geste très apprécié en nous offrant deux bons pour des boissons gratuites au bar. Bonne expérience globale.
Ok, aber nicht sehr gut. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut in Schuss gehalten. Gepäckaufbewahrung kostet extra. Für mein Empfinden ist die Bar auch überdurchschnittlich teuer für ein Hostel. Personal spricht fast nur englisch aber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
This hostel was good. It felt more like a hotel which was nice. Staff were attentive, Ava helped us check out and she was very good. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but this is probably due to personal preference. The room was cleaned each day which is good. However the actual bunk beds themselves were a bit unclean and the floor. They also accept school trips as well which was abit annoying as there were kids running around, shouting and being really loud next door.
The hostel is sadly not very social, which made it hard to meet or connect with people. Also there seems to be no age limit, bc for example a class trip with 12 year old kids and a 60 year old man stayed there. The beds and en suite bathrooms are good and mostly clean. The location is not in the nicest area, but close to the main station and 1 minute from a metro station, so you can get to the city centre quickly. Staff was nice :)
Point positif : - Personnel sympathique - Verre de bienvenue à 20h Point négatif : - 53€ la nuit pour une personne dans un dortoir de 6 personnes - le prix a baissé en ligne le lendemain de ma résa, le réceptionniste n'a pas pu faire un geste - beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation : le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus, pas de cuisine, ni de frigo - tâches de moisissures sur tout le plafond de la salle de bain - le wifi marche mal - bagage payant 4.50€ pour un petit bagage 6h ...

Good place to spend the night, pretty quiet and you had to pay to store your bags if you arrived early but close to the train station.
Ava was superb and offered a warm welcome
female bedroom of 4 had pretty noisy beds and overall it fell dirty, the bar is great.
Es un lindo hostel, ubicado muy cerca del metro que conecta con el centro de la ciudad, el personal muy amable (mención especial para Ava), solo hace falta un lugar donde puedas preparar tu comida. Volvería!
Un sitio muy lindo, todo muy limpio la atención muy buena, Carlos un muy buen anfitrión el desayuno genial super recomendado
Carlos and Xenia were great at explaining everything when we checked in and helping us out during our stay. We loved the place and we dined one night at Belushi’s and it was great as well.
Overall 5 stars; best deal in terms of money to value ratio. Rooms are big enough, beds are comfy. Location is superb and breakfast is decent.
Ostello vicino alla fermata della metro Keplerplatz e si può facilmente raggiungere il centro di Vienna. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, regole per me molto rigide (non si possono aprire interamente le finestre se non si vuole beccare una multa di 50 euro è un esempio), cena scadente con piatti insipidi, asciugamani e deposito bagagli a pagamento. in più ho ricevuto un piumone macchiato probabilmente di vomito. Colazione molto buona con grandi televisori in sala dove vedere sport di vario ge...

Great as always, curtains on the beds were nice. The staff were so helpful for all the questions I had, and they had a social night with free drinks. Location is outside the city center but you can easily walk in 30 minutes.
