Riad Chbanate

+ Petit Riad vieillissant, gros problème d’humidité dans notre chambre que l’on essaye de cacher par des encens et autres désodorisants ( pas très naturel…). Nettoyage douteux ce qui explique sûrement la présence de cafard. Literie très dur . Aurions pu être moins critique si le personnel avait été plus compétent . Le gérant a préféré ne pas remplacer une personne en congé, donc nous sommes accueillis par la femme de ménage. Le dialogue était compliqué durant le séjour. Cela n’enlève rien à la gentillesse des deux personnes présentes .

- Location, not a particularly nice street, very noisy as windows open onto courtyard, we could hear a staff member talking on the phone until late, no A/C, we asked if we could borrow a fan but nothing available, room very dark and claustrophobic

- Abbiamo avuto problemi con la proprietaria che ha cambiato idea su una richiesta di annullamento che all’inizio ha accettato e poi ha rifiutato. È stata poco professionale e corretta.

- La habitación es muy oscura y el lugar en el que se encuentra el Riad es seguro, pero está un poco alejado y da sensación de inseguridad.

+ very warm welcome! We immediately received great tips for restaurants and more. The room was beautiful and clean. It was a bit humid, but that’s unfortunately quite common in riads.

+ Wir sind seit 2 Wochen in Marokko, dies war das erste Riad, wo das Badezimmer, Zimmer und das ganze Haus richtig sauber waren. Fatima und ihr Team sind sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.

+ Our experience at the Riad was just so lovely and exceptional. From the warm welcome by Khadija to the nightly greeting by Ayoub (who helped us find an open pharmacy one evening) to the really comfortable room, the AWESOME shower, the delicious breakfast, the charming terrace ... We felt so genuinely well taken care of and comfortable. Thank you! Highly recommend staying here when in Essaouira to anybody looking at this Riad.

+ Lokalizacja w samej medinie, blisko parking płatny w którym można zostawić autko lub skuter( poza murami). Pokój przytulny i dobrze wyposażony. Tj typowy Riad (okno pokoju wychodzi na dziedziniec). Śniadanie są pyszne serwowane indywidualnie. Gospodarze są przemili i bardzo pomocni.

+ Bardzo przyjemny, nie duży Riad w samej medinie. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel.

+ The staff was great, super friendly and helpful. We stayed at a couple of Riads during our trip and Dar Abi was our favorite. I highly recommend staying at this place.

+ Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable au sein du Riad Dar Abi. Les hôtes qui nous ont accueilli (Ayoub et Khadija) sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours présents pour nous venir en aide et nous conseiller, le tout accompagné d’un grand sourire. Le Riad est magnifique, très propre et très chaleureux, on s’y sent comme chez soi! Le petit déjeuné est copieux et préparé avec soin. C’est un vrai moment de plaisir chaque matin. La localisation est parfaite, en plein centre de la médina, ce qui nous permet de tout faire à pied. Nous n’oublierons pas cet endroit, ni ces belles rencontres. Merci encore à Ayoub et Khadija pour leur accueil si chaleureux. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

+ Fátima y su equipo muy amables y serviciales. Desayuno excelente. La decoración muy bonita. No dejarse llevar por el exterior que no tiene nada que ver con el interior. Nos recomendaron restaurantes y nos obsequiaron con unas pastas al irnos.
