Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino

The actual Casino was nice but we spend minimum time there because we only were in town for one night to see a concert at the Ocean Resort Casino My complaint is about the actual hotel room. The corridor leading to our room was filthy. There was garbage on the floor everywhere and the rug was visible very dirty. Upon entering our room there was and unpleasant odor. I woke up with bed bug bites on my ankle and back of knees. The most horrific part where the windows. When we went to look out they were so dirty that you could not see out at all and it was a beautiful sunny day. We only went for one night so we toughed it out since we only used the room for sleeping. Our visit to Atlantic City was to see a concert and then come back home. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location and carousel bar Our room had a bed bug infestation! I had proof of it. I even got bitten all over the left side of my body. I have pictures of that also. The hotel staff were rude and insensitive to the incident. Almost like this kind of thing happens a lot at Bally’s often. I’m still waiting to be refunded, but was told that it could take weeks or even months until they complete their investigation. Right now, I’m out of the cost of our overnight stay of $314.45 along with clothing items that we threw away in the room in fears that we’d bring the bed bugs back to our house and create a bigger problem. Anti itch cream and a prescription from my doctor for the hydrocortisone 2.5% strength was also needed to help with the discomfort of the bites from the bed bugs. I will never stay at Bally’s again. Yes, this could’ve happened at any hotel but Bally’s poor customer service is what sealed the deal for me. They say never say never, but I’m confident that I’ll NEVER stay here again. Bally’s lost a loyal customer. I hope this review helps prevent this situation from happening to someone else.

The bed was comfortable i brought my own sheets thank goodness because there was no protection for the mattress 😒 only the fitted sheet That is unbelievable and unsafe with the possibility of bed bugs Erin who checked me out unprofessional

I did not like the property. The hotel manager allowed homeless people to sit in the downstairs lobby and we also had a bed bug in our room.

Nothing Room 2443 we for was infested with Bed Bugs stuff was bad like who cares we left the hotel 11 pm aftere we discover the Bed Bugs
