Tropicana Atlantic City, A Caesars Destination

Restaurants were close by and delicious food. My room have bed bug Not clean at all. They change our room to another room not clean at all either. Black mold in the corner of the shower and holes above the bed, hole next to the shower door. Booking customer service is nonexistent and the hotel customer service is okay. They wasn't gonna change us after the bug.

Comfortable bed Clean linens and towels Decent view Immediate access to the boardwalk from Chelsea tower Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful No bedbugs in my room that I could see Chelsea Tower is an exhausting distance from the main casino and restaurant area and I’m an able-bodied 30 year old. The place is a maze. I had a hard time finding anything. A map in each room with a “you are here” marker would be helpful. The ground level door from Chelsea tower is LOCKED where you can exit to the street but cannot re-enter with the room key. Me and hundreds of other hotel guests throughout my 3 night stay were continuously frustrated that we had to walk allll the way 10-15 minutes through the casino, up 4 escalators, over a bridge, and then up the elevator to get back inside after coming from the beach or stepping out for a smoke or some air. Curtains and hallway were very dirty Adults only 21+ pool was filled with children every day Free parking should come with the price of the booking instead of going on a wild quest to earn rewards points and figure out a voucher to maybe get a discount. It was a headache so I just paid the $20. Hotel lobby was also sickeningly far from my room when I realized I lost my key inside the room and had to walk all the way back down. I was only given 1 pack of coffee with the coffee maker and 2 decaf and it was not restocked when my towels were changed out. If I’m staying 3 nights please, give me 6 servings of full caffeinated coffee to make. Especially since Chelsea tower is so far from any coffee shop when you wake up in the morning and don’t want to see other people yet. And again, the ground floor lobby door to Chelsea ave being locked with no guest key access is completely ridiculous and was a nonstop annoyance my entire trip. I had to plan every move of my vacation around having to make a long trek if I needed to get to my room for anything. Also soap, shampoo and conditioner in the room but no body lotion. No microwave There was a thermostat in the room but the temperature was locked at 70 degrees. Unlock the thermostat.

the view was amzing , i loved the cuban restaurant the room we got it was nice and spacious, however it smelled like marijuhana. The worst part was my husband and i got bit by bed bugs. and that ruined the trip . thanked god we noticed the second night bcus we didn’t sleep much the first night bcus it was our honeymoon.

The staff at Chickie and Pete’s was kind and the food there was good. The room looked like a crime scene. The carpet w stained all over, the couch in the room had visible stains and the room smelled of weed and cigarettes the entire time. I saw a bug on the wall that looked like a bed bug but I can’t confirm the species. Check in was a machine and I spoke with no staff to report the issue. They were no where to be found at check out either. Fees at checkout were not fully clear. I would not go back.

I loved that is was near the ocean. I called for room service everyday. They came once and threw some bags on my bed. I’m pretty sure the sheets were dirty and never changed. Had red stuff on pillow case when I got there. I got bit all over my hand the last morning there this morning by a bedbug and have a picture to prove it. when I stripped the bed in the morning of room 3233. They didn’t clean the room not once discusting hotel

It was nice but I feel like the hotel could have done a little more in terms of incidentals my dads room had bed bugs and were down the hall from him

The beach ⛱️ I really like the beach ⛱️ 😎 The bedbugs in the bed. However, I do travel with a bedbug killing and detection light. It absolutely was worth its the purchase 💯 %

I did not like anything bout this hotel There was a bed bugs in my room my son was bitten I have a video but they don’t let me post video just pictures

The exit Bed bugs or termites or whatever they are were all over the 2 rooms I stayed in

The night time adult activities Our suite had bed bugs. We were switched to another suite. And the suite had no microwave

Other than the occasional roach found in room, it was an okay vibe because minimal time was spent in the room. Casino is a plus, restaurants are great Discovered 1 Bed bug on the morning of check out.

I didn’t like that were were bed bugs in our room and the only thing they were able to do was give us a new room

I like the fact that I informed them of rodents in the facility and instead of taking proper measures, they booked someone else in the room right after me! The infestation of bedbugs and the fact that the parking individuals SAREYA disregarded the managers orders and insisted that I paid after the horror of being placed in an infested room when all I wanted was to get out of this property!

We love Atlantic City The first room we had I woke up to bed bugs so they moved us to I guess the better side of the hotel I could not rest because I was so nervous the last thing I would want is to take bedbugs home very disappointing

Atlantic City is great! Tropicana has Very dirty rooms and they have bed bugs and they know it.

Loved the casino They have bed bugs and I got ate up even have a allergic reaction to the bites in miserable.
