Wombat's City Hostel Leipzig

The hostel was infested with bed bugs and lice, and I got bitten multiple times. I take personal hygiene very seriously, which is exactly why I will never stay at this hostel again. The reception staff was rude and arrogant throughout my entire stay. One of the receptionists even screamed at me and behaved aggressively toward me. The staff also threw a private party and played loud music late into the night, completely disregarding the hostel rules. I do not recommend this place at all. Update: The hostel manager made a false accusation claiming I was not even staying at the hostel. This is completely untrue — I have video evidence proving I was there. I will take you to court for this lie. I hold the highest Genius level on Booking.com and have traveled to 30 countries. Guests who shared the same room with me never once asked to change rooms due to hygiene issues. If I were unhygienic, they would not have stayed in the same room with me for days. I even went out to dinner with some of them. Shame on you for spreading these lies.
