Hi Arrifana Destination Hostel

A LOT of bed bugs and those wood beds were just horrible

I got bed bugs. Another guest told they had issues with Bed Bugs. I saw a number of mattress down one end of the hallway and also saw a box of some sort inspect spray and killer in room next door. I woke up with multiple bites. Also the bunks are really difficult to get in and out. The ladder is not a ladder but holes cut out of plywood. Meaning they are super narrow and difficult and uncomfortable to stand on. There is also no hand railing and nothing to help you get up

Unfortunately I did get bitten by bed bugs during my stay… which was really disappointing and a big downside. It’s a shame because everything else about the hostel was great, but this is definitely something that needs attention

Airco kapot en werd niet gerepareerd. Er werden op 2 kamers bedwantsen aangetroffen.

Bed bugs! I stayed in a private room for one night & got bites all across my shoulders. I messaged the staff but their attitude seemed to be that it’s normal. On top of this, the bed was horribly uncomfortable - a lump mattress with broken springs, smelly orange mould all over the shower and there was no breakfast available when I went to leave at 9.30am. Avoid.

I unfortunately got bedbugs in this hostel. The staff did also make a communication mistake on which room was for me. They were kind but overall I wouldn't go back.

This hostel is infested with bed bugs — avoid at all costs!

We had bed bugs bites after a night there.... Shared kitchen was dirty. Bathroom was small and humid.
