The staff were dishonest and unfriendly. As stated in their website, I paid for my returning stay so that I could leave my luggage. Upon returning, staff charged me again for the stay. My friend wasn’t aware that I’ve paid and made payment. I wrote an email to them twice to request for a refund for the double charge. They didn’t reply.
The room is nice and has its own bathroom, but when we arrived our bed was very dirty with hair not from us. The hostel seems more like a hotel but without the pros of it. The restaurant downstairs seems to be more in the focus of the owners than the hostel so we felt a bit uncomfortable living there. Also there is no possibility for a place to read or just chill except from the room, where you also only have your beds. Also its not really possible to have (your own brouht) coffee or something.
Great location only a 6 minute walk to the bus station! No kitchen facilities at all and the free breakfast isn’t great. No real communal space, more of a B&B than a hostel. Really comfy beds and hot showers + warm rooms were much appreciated after a day of hiking
Clean beds to sleep in with incredibly friendly staff.
Last resort when nothing was available. Felt like we were sleeping in a restaurant.
Clean, comfortable and safe. Nice breakfast included and attached restaurant serves food all-day…specializing in pizza. However, it’s further from the city center than most, and there is no common area. On bad weather days, you are basically stuck in your room.
The staff was very helpful upon check-in, and helped us figure out laundry service and arrange transport within the city quickly and efficiently. The accommodations were good, especially the bathroom and shower - great water pressure and hot water when we needed it to warm up after being out in cold weather! Breakfast was a bit disorganized but the quality and variety of the food was excellent. Walking distance to the bus station, which was a huge plus for us
Cómodo, tranquilo y cálido para época de invierno.
The staff was very nice and it's very clean. There is a restaurant attached and breakfast starts at 6:30 in the morning. You can also buy drinks, etc. Some other rooms have very thin walls in between them. You should hope not to to hear people coughing all night😩 I had to change rooms and the staff were kind enough to move my things from one room to the other. So when I got back late at night my luggage was in the new room
Sehr Basic, aber völlig in Ordnung

Wonderful people. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff
Solid place if you want somewhere to get some rest in Puerto Natales. Staff are very nice, breakfast included, room cleaned every day, very hot showers and restaurant on site. More of a hotel then hostel imo, so there are no common areas.

Great experience. It was just what I needed for this trip. Clean, quiet, & a helpful staff.

Great little place. Friendly folks, more like a hotel than a hostel. Great food at the attached restaurant. Good water pressure and heat. Highly recommended.
A great hostel if you’re wanting somewhere quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the food from the adjacent restaurant is great. But do note that there’s no kitchen or active social space if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall a good hostel for a quiet rest

Muy buena ubicación, excelente relación calidad - precio, muy amable el personal y hay una pizzería en la parte de abajo, que me pareció genial.
Great stay - very clean, easy and comfortable.
Hostal Alcazar is really great! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet place to rest that is close to the bus station (that also has great food) this is definitely a must stay. However, if you’re looking for more social interaction (aka: more of a hostal vibe) this might not be the place for you. Overall, really liked staying here - couldn’t have been happier
Great little place, very close to the bus station and only a short walk from town. Comfy beds and great high pressure hot showers. Not ideal for solo travellers looking for social spaces and would be better if they have kitchen space/fridge to prepare meals for hikes.
Hostel was clean, close to the bus terminal, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Not the nicest possible accommodation in Puerto Natales, but you're not paying for one.

Great hostal in Puerto Natales! Clean, friendly staff, pretty good pizza place downstairs. Would stay here again
Nice quiet room, friendly staff, great breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. No kitchen for us to use. It’s basically a hotel above a restaurant.
Das Frühstück ist recht bescheiden.. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit.
