Aphrodite Hotel -Ios

+ The location is very central to everything in Ios, walking distance from the town centre, and reasonably priced.

- Many of the guests are young party goers, and would often party until 6am slamming doors, shouting, having no consideration for other guests. There is no night time receptionist to raise the noise issues with either, and whoever runs reception needs to smoke outside as the reception area smelt like a dirty ash tray. Also upon arrival our floors hadn’t of been mopped in what seemed like weeks and the bottoms of my feet were BLACK. All in all this was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at on holiday and I would not recommend it to anyone - unless you plan on partying until sunrise.

- Καμία ηχομόνωση, δεν καλύπτει όσα λέει στις παροχες, μικρά δωμάτια όχι όπως στις φώτο, δεν διαθέτει πάρκινγκ, έγινε διακοπή ρεύματος και νερού στο νησί την οποία γνώριζε ο ιδιοκτήτης και δεν μεριμνήσε για τους ενοίκους τίποτα.

+ Location was great, roomy for five adults, convenient bus access and a good supermarket and laundry service down the road. Our towels were also replaced daily which was nice.

- Beds and pillows were quite hard, but that’s personal preference. Unfortunately we had several of our possessions being moved in funny places during our stay that if we hadn’t had a thorough look upon leaving, we would have left behind. These items (sunglasses and small body bag) were not moved by us and seemed to be moved to places that were harder for us to locate (tucked behind the mattress and above storage cubbies). Additionally, we also had a small amount of money taken from our room, this was roughly 5€ in coins on several days. We suspect that maybe this was seen as a tip for the person coming to replace the towels, but just want to mention it so others are aware. We were not concerned about the money being taken as it was not a lot. We did raise the issue with management upon leaving and they were very good about the situation.

+ L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, di fronte alla porta della città di Chora, e nei pressi di tutti i servizi: fermata del bus, minimarket, agenzie di noleggio auto e scooter.

- Nonostante la cordialità dello staff, le pulizie sono molto approssimative, giusto il cambio asciugamani e una passata di mocio. Va bene come punto di appoggio, per lavarsi e dormire. Se non si cerca più di questo è ottimo!

+ Nice location, nice bathroom and bed

- The windows were very old so no soundproof or insulation , doors also not very good you good hear everything from the other rooms and the corridor, the towel rack to dry you towels and swimsuits was also tiny, also some safety concerns my friends towel was stolen from the towel rack in his room.

+ A 2 minuti dal centro e dalla spiaggia. La camera sempre pulita tutti i giorni con cambio della biancheria. Il proprietario gentilissimo. Bagno perfetto molto spazio con ogni comfort

- Il letto. Scomodo e il matrimoniale erano due singoli attaccati con un buco in mezzo

+ Emplacement top, face à la vieille ville et ses multiples ruelles. Appartement avec belle vue, propre et fonctionnel. Station de bus et supermarché très proches.
