Hostal Loraine

This place was tough. 1. The electricity is available only for 3 - 6 hours a day. 2. The host doesn’t speak any English and there is almost no internet connection here so you cannot communicate unless you speak Spanish 3. No information or support provided for travel along with language issue and I had to book everything by myself

Bon accueil. Le logement est bien situé mais à notre arrivée, il n’était pas parfaitement propre. Les lits sont confortables. Le wifi n’était pas tout le temps allumé, il fallait demander aux propriétaires de l’allumer. Veilliez à garder des euros pour payer l’auberge car le taux de change est élevé!

Pokój bardzo ładny, jednak brakowało nam generatora prądu. Za duże pranie zapłacić 7 euro, co uznajemy za dobrą stawkę.

Very comfortable place with a very friendly family. They helped me with every aspect I needed help with. They had someone I could exchange money with for a very good rate and they also cooked me the largest meal I ate on my entire travel. The rooftop is also very nice.

Loraine and her family were so nice. They helped us in each situation. I recommend this hostel. Moreover Loraine is an excellent chef, you should taste her dishes

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Muchas gracias a Loraine y a su familia! Han sido muy amables y siempre querian ayudar. Los desayunos en la terraza fueron maravillosos!

El hostal está un poco más arriba en la parte de la ciudad, pero vale la pena solo por los anfitriones! Muy familiares y amables todos, además hemos tenido oportunidad de cenar allí, como en casa !

We had a really great time at Hostal Loraine. Loraine is very friendly and gave us great tips for our stay in Trinidad - also she arranged an amazing Salsa class on the roof-top of the hostal for us. I would definetely recommend staying with her!

An amazing stay with the loveliest people. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The owners helped us book all our taxis and cooked really good food. So so friendly and helpful, comfy clean rooms with air con and an en suite, and we were even greeted with a welcome drink. Thank you so much hostal Lorraine!

The owners of the hostel were really nice and caring! We loved our stay at the hostel and would come back any time. Breakfast was a lot and really tasty, and we loved to sit on the roof.

It was an excellent 2 night stay. I arrived in trinidad pretty late around 11pm. So I emailed the hostel and they waited for me. Everyone from this hostel was so welcoming. Definitely one of the cleanest hostels I have been to. Breakfast is $5 and it was pretty filling. Cheese, ham, bread, coffee, eggs, fruits. The hosts kindly helped me with navigating the city and finding the best places to eat. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone.

Der Aufenthalt bei der Casa war fantastisch. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick über Trinidad bis zum Meer. Von dort aus kann man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang anschauen. Der Host war sehr nett und hat uns sehr geholfen. Er hat uns sogar geholfen an Euros zu kommen indem wir ihm über Tropipay Geld geschickt haben und er es uns dann bar gegeben hat. Empfehlenswert!!

Carlos and his family made our trip to Trinidad very special. Their house is lovely, and well equipped with air conditioning, water and drink supplies, hot showers and delicious breakfasts! We would highly recommend!
