Great Amenities: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were excellent perks for a budget stay. Affordable: It is very cheap to stay here, offering great value for money on paper. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The personnel are very friendly. When issues arose and I complained, they actively tried their best to resolve the situation. Bed Bug Issue: I encountered bed bugs in my first capsule. Although staff moved me to another capsule, my luggage had already been infested so the problem continued. I asked for a refund, which was denied, though they did compromise by offering me a small room in the Bestow Hotel instead. Constant Noise: The hostel is quite loud, with the biggest issue being constantly slamming doors that woke me up in the middle of the night. Unannounced Construction: During my last week, they started renovating the kitchen without any prior warning, leaving the area loud, dusty, and uncomfortable

It’s a good location I got the capsule, but I had a allergic skin reaction because of the bed sheets, I don’t know if it was because was dirty or bed bugs. I asked them to changed me for another bed I it was ok after that. But the mattress is pretty uncomfortable, it’s very thin almost like a yoga mat.

it was mostly okay for the price and the staff was nice, but in my capsule were bedbugs which is why I had to get all my luggage dekontaminated. when i told reception about the problem they only said that they would change the sheets. After I insisted that that wouldnt be enough to get rid of them I got moved to another room, but slept with my backpack in trashbag and the lights on out of fear they are already in that room too. I was unable to cancel and refund my last night.
