I got bedbug bites from staying just one night so not so impressed. But other than that it was nice.

Horrible experience: old creepy guests and bedbugs… didn’t get any money back. Very disappointing

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Firstly, there were some old creepy guests, they literally looked like homeless people, they kept approaching me and made me feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, after my first night I woke up with bedbug bits all over my body. They said they checked the bed and didn’t find anything but I highly doubt that. I wanted to cancel my 2nd night but was told that it’s not possible and I didn’t get any money back at all. Very disappointing.

At first, I didn't notice anything unusual, but by the second night, it became evident that something was amiss. I woke up with itchy, red welts on my arms and legs, a telltale sign of bed bug bites.

The location of the hostel is good and the common areas are nice, however, it is not very clean, in need of a lot of repairs and they have bedbugs! After telling them about the bugs they sent an e-mail saying: 'We will look into it as soon as possible'. Furthermore, the hostel dinners are quite expensive. It is much cheaper to eat elsewhere. To add something to my previous review: Thank you for checking out the situation, but I can give you various reasons why I am certain it was bed bugs: 1. I'm allergic to mosquito bites, these bites were not mosquito bites. 2. Mosquitos don't bite under the blanket. 3. I found larvae. Of course bed bugs are not the hostels fault but I think it is important to not treat them lightly since they cause quite the inconvenience. ;)
